Unbeatable oceanfront property in the beautiful town of Kapa'a. This third floor condo delivers amazing views while being steps away from the beach, ocean, and boardwalk.
Newly renovated to include air conditioning, decor and furniture, and custom art throughout.
Central location allows for reasonable travel to North and South shores.
Located at the charming Islander on the Beach, our condo is within walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace, featuring many restaurants and shops.
Our slice of Kauai heaven is located at the charming Islander on the Beach association in Kapa'a. You'll enjoy amazing ocean views from your third story lanai. Just steps outside your door, you have direct beach access with views of the East shore all the way down to Lihue. A short walk in any direction will take you to some of the best ocean view restaurants, shops, sweet treats, or groceries. We have found this Kapa'a location to be extremely convenient with its direct access to the Coconut Marketplace, making it a great home base for your entire Kauai experience. This is the perfect place to explore both the North and South shores while minimizing your drive time.
Our unit is located on the third floor of the Lanai building, giving you one of the best vantage points in the resort to overlook the pool area and ocean. The condo is a studio, 1 bathroom unit, with kitchenette. The unit sleeps 2 with a king sized bed. Plan to sleep comfortably on our Serta mattress, pillow top topper, and 100% cotton bed linens.
The kitchenette provides everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a stocked kitchen including microwave, toaster, Ninja Coffee maker (which allows for K-Cups or drip coffee), and blender. Cooking is limited in the unit due to the lack of stove, however BBQ grills are available on site if you want to cook a meal. You can certainly enjoy some drinks during your time at Islander by serving as your own bartender with our bar setup and cocktail book or have someone else make you drinks at the full Tiki bar located by the pool!
Laundry is not available in the unit, however if you want to do laundry during your stay there is a newly opened laundromat less than a mile north of our condo.
High speed internet included, as well as a 50” smart TV in the living room. You'll be able to download and sign into your account on any streaming service or take advantage of the Samsung live TV channels.
For outdoor fun we include two beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels.
We do have a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper, and paper towels included in the unit.

Kapa'a is filled with many restaurants, shops, dessert shops, groceries, and other conveniences. We are 15 min from Costco, Walmart, and Target as well, so getting any supplies for your trip is a breeze.
Guests are able to use the pool, hot tub, pool side loungers, BBQ area, ice maker, and water dispenser in lobby. Guests also have access to the tiki bar which is open daily from 3-9pm.

The place is beautiful designed inside, so well thought out. The galley kitchen had everything needed. The view of the pool and ocean are also excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to a noisy AC unit which couldn't be fixed during our stay, but our host was very attentive to try and get people out to fix it ASAP. The shades are also not great if you like to sleep in as they let a lot of light in. And the last suggestion I have is to add a deadbolt or chain so we know a previous renter and code can't access the unit at night. All in all, a great place and value.
