Newly renovated condo with 2 TV's, WIFI, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine and Microwave. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. 55" Flat screen smart TV in Living Area and 40" Flat screen smart TV in one bedroom. Large Lanai. Located on the 3rd floor (top and vaulted ceiling) and closest to the ocean in the Ocean Front Building of this quiet complex with a swimming pool. Truly Beautiful Spot. It is a legal Hawaiian rental unit (tax #W13809591-01). You will not believe the view from this condo and how close you are to the ocean. Quiet spot except for the sound of the waves...

Wonderful, centrally located, easy to access, easy to communicate with owner, very responsive for the few questions I had. Great location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic lanai for morning coffee. We just loved our stay and look forward to returning!

This condo was even better than advertised and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Very well stocked on anything you need for a stay on Kauai. Condo was clean & beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the view on the lanai! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Kauai

What a wonderful place. Incredible views. A place you really don’t want to leave. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Great communication by the owner. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Location with a Beautiful View

This is a great place to stay! We would stay there again. We loved the view. The beach this location is on is a great beach--we spent a whole day on it! The location on the island is super convenient as it is between the north end and south end, so if you have activities in all locations, you can get to all of them with the same distance. You will love it!

Paradise in Kauai

We stayed 9 nights at this beautiful condo in Kapa'a - It was perfect! Location is convenient to the entire island. The Condo is just like the pictures, if not better. Plenty of space, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfy, and the Condo was spotless. Listening the waves at night and watching the sun come up each morning was magical. You won't regret staying here and Vikki was a great host.

Aloha , the place is amazing. You go to bed with the sound of the wave's, and wake up to spectacular sunrise, just magical . It has everything you need. We stay out a lot doing water activities and hikes around the island and we realize this place was close to everything. Convenient stores , grocery stores , Starbucks and lots of foods options like restaurant, food trucks and beautiful beaches to visit and enjoy in the area. Its Close to waterfall trails like the “secret falls” and “Makaleha falls”

Beautiful Location

This property literally feels like you are sleeping on top of the ocean. It was beautiful, clean, and the host was so friendly. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning but we easily adapted and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and were comfortable the entire time. We even saw whales from the patio. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This property was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Waking up to the peaceful, serene sunrise was priceless. I rented a bike to ride to and from the Coconut Marketplace for breakfast and coffee. The property is perfect, and I would highly recommend staying here. The constant ocean breeze made air conditioning unnecessary. Our host, Vickki, was very accommodating and ensured everything was to our liking.

We travel to Hawaii every year, and that is the best stay that we have had. The apartment is lovely; the view is stunning, and the house is perfect. Have all the amenities necessary for cooking. Even the bed is super comfy. We feel like we are living our dream. You see the sunrise by your balcony. I recommend this house.

Kapa'amazing!

The views from the unit were amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront patio. The unit was clean and well equipped with anything we needed. It also had a storage closet with lots of items, like cooler, beach chairs etc. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals and use the outdoor grill for some steaks! The complex is right across the street from Safeway and an ABC store to get all the items you need, as well as walking distance to several restaurants as well as Shave Ice. Highly recommend this property!

On the ocean !!

This condo is wonderful. Great location, closest unit to the ocean. Pretty windy most of the time so not having AC wasn’t ever an issue. You get the sunrise each morning. Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you’ll ever need. Super nice furniture on the lanai to eat, read and lounge. Walkable to lots of great restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Pool was wonderful and never too crowded. They cleaned the pool and decks every morning. Mahalo for a wonderful first trip to Kauai !

Gorgeous ocean front

The condo was exactly as listed! We couldn’t have been closer to the ocean! We spent every morning watching the sunrise on the lanai drinking our coffee. The condo was very well equipped with everything that we needed and so well and tastefully decorated. It felt like home immediately. The host, Vikki, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We found some books with very helpful information about everything we needed to know about the island in the coffee table drawer so that, along with the info from the host made our visit wonderful. The only negative comment we have is that without air conditioning the last few days of very humid weather felt a bit “sticky”. Mahalo for a wonderful week!

Stay in a beautiful and convenient place

Property is conveniently located, with Safeway across the street and about 15 min to Costco and airport. It has all the amenities that are needed, appliances are new, kitchen cabinets are pretty. The views from the property are very beautiful with being able to see the beach and the water up close, and you can seep listening to the sound of waves. About a block away starts a walking trail along the beach, if you want to exercise a bit or rent a bike and ride. If you like to watch sunrise over the ocean, you just need to look out the window or step on the balcony. Note for people that want to swim in the ocean: entrance to the ocean near property has rocks that you need to pass through to get to the swimming part; there are some gaps but not much; I would recommend wearing water shoes with sturdy/rubber soles to protect your feet.

Best Lanai on Kauai

If you would like to be as close to the beach as you possible can, this is the place to stay. It is 10 feet from the sand. If you are not wanting a resorty feel, this condo at Kapa'a is a wonderful place to stay. Don't let the driveway/exterior fool you-it's basic. The elevator allowed us easy trips up and down from the third floor with our luggage, groceries and beach supplies. The condo has all the ammenedies for four people. The washer/dryer made our packing lighter and clean up from all our outdoor excursions easy. Air conditioning was not needed as the warm Hawaiian trade winds will blow through the unit, keeping you at a relaxed, comfortable temperature. Being on the third floor, the lanai affords panaramic views looking north and east. It is a wonderful place to relax, eat and watch the sunrise. The pool is easily seen from this vantage. The pool is on the small side, but adequate and was never crowded. There was an extra foam mattress that we used for our daughter who did not want to share the queen bed with her brother. The second bedroom has a triple sliding pocket door that opens up the space but allowing for privacy when used. The kitchen had many staples which we checked on before going to Safeway and then did not have to buy. There is an outdoor closet with 4 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a cooler and other such items that will make your beach trips more enjoyable. This gem will not disappoint.
