    This Beautiful Pono Kai Condo is steps from the ocean and the beach...and furnished in traditional Island decor for a true Aloha feel. With AC, full kitchen, dining room, living room, two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms - wheelchair accessible shower in Master bathroom, washer/dryer, private patio, pool, hot tub, spa, tennis, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, free WiFi, 3 mile bike path along ocean, FREE parking, etc etc.

    This amazing garden/partial oceanview, 1200 square foot, ground floor, TWO-bedroom, TWO-bath condo is just steps from the pool and beach, this condominium provides the best location for island fun.

    This condo has AC. PLEASE KEEP ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN OPERATING THE AC, and TURN OFF AC IN ROOMS NOT BEING USED. That helps us keep the room rates down.

    Due to the wonderful Kauai trade winds, most of the time AC is not needed. Enjoy this Oceanfront condo with its refreshing ocean breezes. Ceiling fans in Kitchen/Living Room, and both Bedrooms for additional air circulation.

    No stairs to climb, just exit the patio to the beach or stroll thru the beautifully manicure gardens. First floor very spacious condo in well maintained complex, adjacent to bike/walking path along beautiful sandy oceanfront, bike rental in walking distance. Would stay here again, we hated to go.

This property was just ok, everything a little old. The location was fantastic, close to down town Kapaa. Walking trail right outside the door. Good for island exploration and close to the airport. Just remember the traffic is tough, use an audio book or great tunes. IT’s Hawaii relax, it all good.

Paradise

Beautifully landscaped grounds and a great location made this property ideal for us. The pool, all the sports activities available on the grounds and the games provided in the condo made this the perfect place for our 8 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix most of our meals. We enjoyed the large size of each of the rooms in this condo and really appreciated the air conditioning and the full sized washer and dryer. We would stay here every year if we could financially do so.

Great Get-Away!

Very well-maintained and equipped for a fun and relaxing vacation for all ages. It has every amenity we need. One minor exception is that we could not connect the TV in the master bedroom. Comfy Condo Steps from the Ocean

This condo is comfortable, clean and is within a few steps to the ocean! It has been stocked with pretty much everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the price is totally reasonable! It's located in Kapa'a within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. The resort has an amazing list of activities; pool, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor bbq grills to use, games including outdoor chess, tennis, croquet, putting green, and more, along with beautiful landscape, koi pond and waterfall......and of course, the chickens!! The host, Bryan, is easy to work with and keeps you informed of any important details. Thanks again, Bryan!

This condo was and looked just like listing described. Unfortunately the washer was broken but there was washer on site to use ( quarters required) but the dryer was working fine. The beds are not very comfortable the futon in living room was the most comfortable bed. Bring extra towels there is not enough. I did bring extra and washed a load while we were at the property. You walk right out the patio door and a couple 100 feet and the ocean is there. There is plenty to door near the condo in walking distance food, shopping and bike rentals which was super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities and Beach Access!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Bryan's property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. Every room was equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment throughout our visit. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the range of amenities available. The swimming pool was a fantastic spot to relax and cool off, while the table tennis and mini golf provided endless entertainment for the family. We were also thrilled with the direct access to the beach, which was a wonderful bonus. The convenience of being just steps away from the shore allowed us to enjoy spontaneous beach outings and breathtaking ocean views. Loved the beach just a few steps away! Great view of the sunrise each morning. The VRBO is equipped with beach chairs, towels, and all the items needed for the beach. The one downfall was we had booked this location for access to the pool and hot tub and they were down for construction and we didn’t know until we arrived.
