Waipouli Beach Resort - Ground Floor #E103, 2 King Masters Suites

Aloha~Why should you stay in our ground floor unit? Pride of Ownership Shows! We have decorated our 1300 square foot unit with high end amenities~ Our unit shows like a model. Our unit features dual master suites opposite sides of the living room. The kitchen is simply amazing and we have added everything we think you might need.

Living room with new sofa and flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for four and an island breakfast area. The master bedrooms have lanais outside with sitting areas and a large grass area for the kids.

Each bedroom is designed as a master suite including 2 Heavenly King beds with luxury linens. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV. There is a private outdoor eating and grass area off of the living room. We are located just a half a minute from main lobby and a half minute to pool and beach. This ground level unit is perfect if you like the indoor/outdoor feeling.

The property and resort were beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Nicole was super easy to communicate with and responded super quickly! We loved the rooms and the beds were so comfy. Kauai paradise

Kauai was a beautiful island and our condo was terrific. Beautiful living space, centrally located to either visit the south shore or north shore sites. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Everything We Needed

We literally had everything we needed at this property. A well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable amount of living space with indoor and outdoor dining tables, washer and dryer in the unit, easy access to the pool and beach, and right across the street from Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. It was perfect for our family of four. A great stay for families with kids!

Really enjoyed our stay in Kapaa!

We really loved the location of this VRBO - Kapaa is close to the airport and centrally located so access to pretty much anything else on the island was great and within a 30-60 min drive. Nicole was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Having the Coconut Marketplace so close was also a wonderful convenience. We loved Kauai and were thankful to stay in this VRBO as it was a great fit for our family of three!

Waipouli Beach Resort Condo - Perfect!

We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was conveniently located and perfectly appointed. It was very clean and comfortable. Nicole was amazing in communicating and was very responsive. The resort was kid friendly, but still very quiet and relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a at this property and would not hesitate to rent again. The unit was well appointed, and the host communicative. All amenities were present and comfortable, clean. It was wonderful to have options to do laundry which made packing so much easier, and the local area offers easy access to food, activities, the beach and pool. A!

We have stayed at this resort a few times. Love it! The pool area and beach access are outstanding. We had a toddler this time, so this ground floor unit with access to a grass lawn was perfect. Two King beds are hard to find, so we were happy to find this unit. We had everything we needed and there was even a toddler life vest, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Safeway, Ross, Starbucks, Wailua Shave Ice, and ABC Store are a short walk from the property. The only negative was that all of the grills on the property had some burners out. We would definitely book this property again. Excellent! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful property and condo!

The property is in a great location - central to the island. Large grocery store just across the street. The property is beautiful and spacious! It includes a pool, exercise room, restaurant, spa, hot tubs, kiddie pool and bicycle rental. The condo itself is modern, spacious and beautiful. It had all the amenities one could hope for. Loved the lanai area and ate every meal out there. We would certainly return to this condo and would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice condo at a beautiful resort

Nice sized condo for two senior couples. Everything we needed and when we had a request for additional chairs we called Sheila who was the local contact and we got immediate assistance and she was very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. We would stay again The only negative was the living room seating. Older backs needed firmer and more comfortable seating.

On the beach

This is a nice central location on the island. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The beach is amazing. Nice pools and hot tubs. We used the grills also. The grocery store is across the street with an ABC Store next to it. We will be coming back.

Perfect location and accomodations for two couples.

This is the 2nd time that we've stayed in this unit at the Waioupili beach resort. We've been to many VRBOs and this is our absolute favorite. Love the resort and all its amenities and the unit is perfect for two couples. It has two master bedrooms with comfortable king beds and well appointed bathrooms. The living space is roomy and the kitchen well equipped. The unit is clean, well kept, comfortable and the property manager was easy to communicate with. We will be back!
