Loved this property- it was perfect for our family raining from ages 12-80! Great location- lots to do without leaving the property but also close enough to explore all parts of the island. Really great amenities and ease of checking in and out were great.

Great Location

Beautiful location, great amenities (pool, hot tub, washer / dryer, bar at the pool) and awesome weather. The beach was never crowded and always had access to the pool. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

Amazing Location!

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect to enjoy a lagoon that was not packed with people. We had plenty of room to enjoy the beach & pools. The condo was packed with amenities and tge beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this locatioon!!

Great property and location

We rented the property for my daughters 30th birthday! My grandchildren ages 2 and 1 haf a great time too!! They had portable cribs (2) and the place was clean and comfortable!! Only thing negative is that the entire places needs new/updated appliances! Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful place

The Condo was everything they said it was. Beautiful Condo and surrounding property. Beach was awesome and very welcoming. We rented a car and seemed not to far to fun activities. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best family get away!

We had the best stay! From needing help at check in due to a delay at our rental car to being steps from the beach we were amazed! We had so much space for 5 adults and one infant. This is our second stay at the villas and we are already planning to return for our third! Thank you!!

Ko Olina Beach Villa 3BR Rental

This is a beautiful property. Our 3 BR/2 1/2 bath home for a week is lovely. Has both ocean and mountain views and private covered parking. Every amenity you could want is included. I’ve stayed at this owner’s property 3 times now. Very well maintained and managed. Our family loved it.

Loved the location. Condo was perfect for my family. Some furniture a little worn but still beautiful. The views were stunning. Only complaint is that we arrived an hour later than expected and the cleaning lady was still there cleaning.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5. It felt like home, but with a better view :) We enjoyed that it was not as crowded as the hotels next to us. We were able to enjoy the relaxed feel of this location and still enjoy the restaurants and activities at neighboring hotels. This is the second time we have stayed at The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It surely will not be the last.

This is a wonderful place and location. This is our second time staying at Mikes unit. It was even cleaner and nicer than the first time. We already blocked out or stay here again for 2025. Family trip

Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. The villa felt like home for our one week stay; we felt safe and secure. We walked to the market several times to get grocery items, visited Aulani, and ate at Eggs n Things. The resort has clean pools and hot tubs and landscaping that is beautifully taken care of. We recommend the quiet pool to relax and sunbathe. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a memorable vacation while visiting the prettiest state! We hope to return to Oahu someday and will definitely be staying at Ko Olina.

Perfect place for our fam of 5!

This was a perfect home for our week getaway. We had 4 adults and two teen ish kids (13&15) and all fit comfortably. We usually stay at Marriott but the 3 bedroom was a great value, full kitchen and lots of use of home amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of condiments. The beach chairs and floaties made it easy to enjoy the beaches. We love to visit all the beaches and Ko Olina is central and easy to drive to Waimea’s or Kailua. I do miss the pools of Marriott for the kids but the ease of this property made it ideal for this visit. Sunsets from balconies and sunrise from tHe bedroom never got old. Parking a van was super easy and just overall a great stay. Check out the guy singing by the bar while you enjoy the sunset. We would definitely recommend.

Heavenly Bliss

This is our 3rd time staying at the Beach Villas Resort. We love the amenities, pools, fitness room, bar, beach front access, & that it’s in a safe neighborhood, This is our 1st time staying in this rental. Great accommodations for our family of 5 which included our 2 adult children & grandson. Everyone had their own space & privacy. If there is any recommendations I could give it would be to have a full size ironing board in the place. Kind of a pain to iron on a very small ironing board. Other then that great place to stay.

Wonderful first visit to Oahu and we were not disappointed. Condo was as stated. Comfortable for 3 generations. Kitchen well equipped and modern. Fast elevator to the 9th floor. Views were excellent. Saw so many rainbows! Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Local market for quick foods, gifts and medicine. Loved the Monkey Pod and Eggs N Things (ask for Janine!) restaurants. Pools, hot tubs, walk-up bar, and a relaxing GORGEOUS lagoon. Special 50th Anniversary trip for us, March 2024.

Wonderful 3 bedroom unit in KoOlina!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay. The unit was on the 9th floor with its own elevator. We had PERFECT ocean views all day long and we definitely used the balcony every morning to have our morning coffee. Easy, quick walk to the lagoons. Check-in was at the lobby and we received key cards, all the info was provided prior to arrival and was also available in our unit. The unit also had everything we needed to go hang out at the beach, thank you for that! There were two large pools with plenty of seating, 3 jacuzzis, and a pretty well equipped gym. We will definitely be coming back!
