Luxury Oceanview Villa at Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 5th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B507). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. You'll be impressed with the spectacular ocean view from every room. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the amazing lagoon style pool. The spacious villa is 1,486 square feet and has a king size, queen size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It was so quiet and peaceful! The lagoon was so calm and our kids could swim with no fear. We went to wakiki honolulu and north shore but all the people id never want to stay there. This location was worth every penny we spent!

Beautiful home on great property

If you’re looking for a quiet escape that’s still conveniently located this is a great option. Lots of beach necessities, great appliances and comfortable (couches, beds, pillows). Those deep soaker tubs are amazing! Sitting on the lanai you can relax and either watch the sun rise or set. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Location and Rental Unit

This Villa was one of the most exquisite and enjoyable experiences I have had on a vacation. The Villa with 3 bedroom, 3 baths, enormous balcony and more than enough living space for our party of 6 allowed us all to be very comfortable. The resort had a beautiful pool and grounds which we took advantage of every day! The location was perfect as Ko Olina is one of the quieter areas on the island yet within a short drive to everything! Highly recommend the Beach Villas and this unit in particular!

Great unit with beautiful views of the pool and ocean

I highly recommend this property. Michael and Susie were easy to communicate with ahead of time. The property manager met us at check-in and explained everything. The layout of the condo and balcony can't be beat. The pool area is fabulous and it's just a few steps away from the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here

We were a party of seven (my parents and kids) and everyone enjoyed our stay in the villa. The lagoon was just awesome - better than Hanauma bay bc there were lots of fishes while not crowded at all. My kids loved playing in the pool. I would love to go back sometime.

Ko’Olina Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Beach Villas. It is a beautiful location on the beach and a lovely resort. The unit itself was just as photographed, which was amazing. We stayed with our family of 6 adults and 2 babies, it was great that each couple could have their own bedroom and bathroom. Dining was easy as there were enough chairs to eat inside or on the lanai. We enjoyed our stay very much!

30th Anniversary Celebration

We truly loved this property. So much space space for 7 people, the beds were extremely comfortable and closet was well stocked with beach chairs and toys. The hosts were prompt with any responses and very easy to work with. We also loved how calm the overall area and lagoon were after exploring the island for the day.

Gorgeous view, great location

This 5th floor pool and ocean view villa has a beautiful view. It was nice having a full table on the deck so we could eat outside and play games. The pools are really nice and we enjoyed the walking trails along the beach and the calmness of the ocean in the lagoon. The beach is beautiful. This until had everything we needed.

The perfect place to stay!

We were so thrilled with our villa and the property! We had different kid, age ranges and adults, and there was some thing for everyone to do! The room had everything we needed in it plus more! The view was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was stunning and the pond area was so much fun! There was even someone there to rent paddle boards, and that was a blast! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again, in the future!

Vacation in Paradise!

This 3 bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations. Lovely bedrms with their own bathroom and nicely appointed kitchen. Very clean and welcoming. The balcony overlooked the amazing pool area and we had many meals on it. We were greeted by Shane who is wonderful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment had many beach and pool accessories/toys. There was even a stroller in one of the bedroom closets.This side of the island is more remote and quiet but the town of Kapolei is only several minutes away with Costco, Walmart, Target and numerous grocery stores. Highly recommend this apartment.

Overall good and as expected

Property is beautiful and right on beach. Having the 3 bedrooms for space is wonderful. I will say the beach supplies ( chair and swim towels) do need some replacements. Also it was a little disappointing that the master bedroom did not have a duvet/comforter between the sheets. Not sure why the other bedrooms did but the master didn't. We went out and purchased a duvet for the bed and new pillows as they ones there also should be replaced and had no substance anymore. Other than that space was perfect for the family. Thank you

Paradise!

We had the absolute best time at this gorgeous property -- our children (ages 10, 12 + 14) loved every second, and so did the adults! We were on a multigenerational trip to celebrate a big 80th birthday, and this was the perfect home away from home. It was so clean, so gorgeous + it had tons of space for everyone to relax + enjoy. We loved the big patio with gorgeous views, the well-appointed kitchen, the closet full of ANYTHING we could have needed (beach chairs! sand toys! umbrellas! a cooler! rafts!)...it was truly a week in paradise. From the beautiful pools to the stunning beaches + lagoons, we couldn't believe how everything was so well-kept and lovely. Our kids cried when we left! Everyone who worked there was so kind too -- check-in and check-out were easy + we were given a helpful overview of the property. We will be back -- don't hesitate to book this gorgeous rental on an absolutely incredible location. One of our favorite rentals ever!

Fun family stay

We had no problems with booking or any communication. Staff at the location was wonderful and the owners communicated well and returned messages promptly. The actual condo was fantastic and had tons of room. We had 6 adults and a 5 year old. There was beach items and child items along with towels for us all. The views were amazing and we were at the pool daily. There’s only 2 minor downsides but neither are really bad just things we found out along the way. 1- there are 2 parking spots which is nice however it’s kind of hard getting in the first one as it’s right by the entrance/exit of the parking garage. Thankfully the spots near it were empty which made it easier to park. 2- if you plan to do anything near Waikiki or downtown for sure do it early as we found out traffic starts around 2:30pm and is practically a stand still. Check in and check out was great and Louie who helped take our bags and was able to answer questions was fantastic!!! If we visit again we will stay here!!!

This was a really nice space for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. Nice balcony, beautiful space. For families traveling with young kids, the wading pool, pond with koi fish (kids invited to help feed fish 2x/day), and adjacent lagoon beach are all fun amenities. For adults, there are beachside walking/running paths, pools, and a bar in the pool area with drinks, food, live music – and a great view of the sunset.Ample beach gear, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even snorkels provided. We appreciated the fantastic beach toys and supplies – including a bucket and shovel.The main bedroom closet was big enough to set up the pack-n-play for our toddler (with door cracked and a fan for airflow), which was very convenient. There was even a toddler potty.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. Note oven issue below.The in-unit washer dryer worked well, and detergent was provided.Negatives: (1) The oven was verrrry slow to pre-heat – an hour to pre-heat to cook fish. (2) Location is inconvenient to Honolulu. The commute is 40 min to 1 hr each way, depending on time of day.
