Staff at the greeting desk and the breakfast are were very friendly and professional. It was on the major street with a few minutes walk to the subway which makes it very convenient to go around the city, and also walkable to Hero Square. We had a room facing the interior (the balcony/hallway); the balcony was not accessible which has made me feel safe. It is very quiet which is very important to me as I am a light sleeper. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety/choices, and a little bit of change every day. The hotel looks exactly like the photos on the website/on Expedia.

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.
