Luxury apartment in a floating house

Living directly on the water is holiday in the swimming lounge.

The price includes gas, electricity, water, parking, taking a pet with you, WiFi and the use of the jetty.

We charge EUR 125 for final cleaning.

Purchase of vouchers possible. Booking possible without a credit card.

The house is well equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people; Dog owners are of course welcome.
You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms allow a view of the balcony and the water surface and give the impression of being on a ship.

You have a wonderful view of the port of Olpenitz. The approx. 30 m2 roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers a wonderful view of the loop. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony in front of the living room.

There is a jetty at the house where you can stow your boat.

A children's travel bed with mattress and a high chair on request are available for our little guests.

A parking space is available and can be used by you.

The former naval base in Olpenitz is being developed into the Ostsee-Resort Olpenitz. The section in the area of Schleidamm on which these holiday apartments are located is largely completed.

Super Hausboot

Eine besondere Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Abends sind die Lichter der Hafenkante und der Hausboote ganz bezaubernd. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die kleine Sauna war für uns ein schöner Ausklang nach Fahrradtouren (es passt eine Person rein). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Auf jeden Fall wiederholenswert!

Wif hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf einem modernen und gepflegten Hausboot auf dem es ausstattubgsmäsßig an nichts fehlte.

Wunderschön

Tolles Objekt mit Erholungsgarantie!! Das Haus ist so vielseitig, man kann direkt vor Ort ins Wasser, dort schwimmen oder Kanu fahren etc.; der kleine Sandstrand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und ein größerer mit glasklarem Wasser per Auto oder Rad in nur 10 min. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Wir kommen wieder!!

Hausbootfeeling an der Ostsee

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Wunderbare Blick auf Wasser und bei schönem Wetter kann man den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen. Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus wie dargestellt - sehr schön. Infrastruktur fehlt.

Nette Vermieter. Kommunikation 1 a. Haus wie dargestellt, hell, warm, direkt am Wasser, Blick vom Bett aufs Wasser. Für vier Personen verutlich zu wenig Schrankkapazitäten. Außerdem fehlt in diesem sehr großen Neubaugebiet völlig die Infrastruktur (keine Tankstelle, keine Lokale, nur 1 Supermarkt, etc.)

Die etwas andere Art der Unterbringung überwiegt positiv. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft an sich, war aufs Nötigste beschränkt. Für den Preis hätte es durchaus etwas mehr sein können...

Besondere Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder

Wohnen auf dem Wasser - etwas Besonderes. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen, allerdings ist das Drumherum im Ostseeressort noch deutlich verbesserungswürdig. Die Nachfrage nach Angeboten vor Ort ist vorhanden, die Angebote sind (noch) sehr überschaubar. Aber insgesamt eine tolle Umgebung mit „garantiertem“ Erholungsfaktor.

Mietobjekt in Ordnung, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, leider völlig verdreckter unbenutzbarer Grill sowie abgenutzte und veraltete, rostige Terrassenmöbel. Unzeitgemäß... Alles in allem schöner Aufenthalt. Würden wieder buchen.

Hausboot

Der Aufenthalt auf einem Hausboot war für uns eine neue Erfahrung und hat uns gut gefallen, zur warmen Jahreszeit bestimmt noch Reizvoller. Auch die Infrastruktur sprich nahegelegene Einkaufmöglickeiten waren hervorragend, das Hausboot war sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Ideal für Bootsfahrer und Angler

Das schwimmende Haus ist sehr funktionell konzipiert und hat eine überwältigende Aussicht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das eigene WLAN funktioniert gut und ist ausreichend schnell. Wir hatten ein gemietetes Boot direkt am eigenen Anleger, und konnten so spontan direkt in die Ostsee oder in die Schlei fahren. Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit schnell und zuverlässig. Abzuwarten bleibt, wie sich der Standort Olpenitz Resort entwickeln wird. Es werden derzeit noch viele Wohnungen gebaut, und die Infrastruktur kommt gefühlt an ihre Grenzen. Geschäfte, Gastronomie und Besucherparkplätze sind ausbaufähig. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
