From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The excellent food was a culinary delight every single day, with a variety that consistently impressed us. The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including: Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun. A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat. Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed. Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again.

Misleading dress code

Great hotel complex with plenty of facilities. Nice location, good size room. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for this bizarre incident on second night. I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. I have no issues following dress code if there is one clearly stated and if the rules are not used to apply to some not others. Not claiming to be a frequent traveller (gold member with hotel.com nonetheless) but I have never been refused entry to a hotel buffet wearing crocs anywhere in the world.

It was going to be our first New Year's holiday, my wife marked the reservation date incorrectly, we paid 1000 euros, but they still didn't help to change the date, we didn't even get a response, I hope our 1000 euros were useful to you, we worked hard to save it

Saubere Zimmer, tolles SPA, sehr gutes Essen. Der Service beim Essen könnte verbessert werden. Beim Frühstück war es super, beim Abendessen hat es jedoch öfter länger gedauert und die Teller am Tisch haben sich gestapelt. Lag wohl daran dass zu wenig Personal für zu viele Leute eingeplant ist. Hier wäre mehr Personal wünschenswert. Der Kellner hat wirklich sein bestes gegeben jedoch ist er für zu viele Tische verantwortlich und dementsprechend leidet der Service. Man kann den Kellnern kein Vorwurf machen sondern das Hotel muss hier mehr investieren.

Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen - sehr viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von der Anlage in die Berge ist sowieso top. Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber. Kommen sicher wieder!

Véritable parenthèse de bien être au milieu des montagnes, cet établissement de terme avec son hôtel est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel d'accueil qui a apporté toutes les explications utiles et n'a pas hésité, d'initiative, à nous donner des robes de chambres adaptées. Étant en demie-pension, on a pu profiter d'un repas de qualité. L'entrée et le dessert sont en mode buffet et pour le plat principal, plusieurs choix de proposés. Tout y était parfait. On a pu ensuite profiter du Spa en fin de journée (beaucoup moins de monde) et le matin avant le petit-déjeuner (pour les clients de l'hôtel). Les espaces de détente sont relativement variés sur des espaces en interieur ou extérieur. La chambre était spacieuse avec une petite terrasse qui permet d'avoir la vue sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner était tout aussi formidable. Nous en avons profiter en mode brunch mais il est vraiment que lorsque la fin de matinée approche, il n'y a plus forcément de verres ou d'assiettes pour se servir. Quand c'est le cas, vous pouvez néanmoins profiter de très bon produits. Même si le prix paraît élevé, quand on y soustrait le prix des entrées au spa ou du repas, le prix de la chambre n'est au final pas si élevé. Une très bonne expérience pour des moments spéciaux.
