The room was very good but they charged us with additional fee for the final cleaning cost 120 euro which is irrelevant and it part of their duty to clean the room after any customer and it part of the cost of the rent.

Rigtig fint hotel, store værelser og venligt personale. Beliggenheden var rigtigt god, både til at gå ned i byen og til Søbadet, samt til at køre turer i nærområdet. Hotellet gav os "sommerkort" med gratis entre til mange seværdigheder, samt til offentlig transport. Eneste lille negative var at parkering i kælderen ikke var inkluderet, men da jeg viste reservationen der anførte at det var gratis, så fjernede de det fra regningen igen.

這次入住的是含有2間雙人房和兩間浴室及有廚房的房型，入住時意外被升等，到頂樓，戶外極大的平台可以欣賞湖景山景和教堂，非常美麗。離郵局公車站和火車站都很近，非常方便，提供的夏季卡讓我們到處暢遊，搭纜車和遊湖都很棒！

De kamer die we kregen was een dubbele. Een 2 pers.kamer en een 4 pers.kamer met een open tussendeur en een grote woonkamer met keuken. De winkels, trein en zwemmen in het grote meer is op loopafstand. De parkeergarage ondergronds is ruim, maar de 2 deuren naar de lift zijn voor 2 aparte liften. Je hebt een 1000 serie en 2000 serie kamers. Ze hebben genoeg karren staan om je spullen op te zetten voor naar de kamer.

Generell ein positiver Eindruck. Aufgrund der bestehenden Coronamassnahmen (kaum Gäste, Restaurant geschlossen, „Geisterbezrieb“) kaum Detailbeurteilung. Hotel macht jedoch sauberen, gepflegten Eindruck, Einrichtungen gut!

Sehr einfach zu finden. Mit Tiefgarage war es optimal und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Apartment war Größer als ich dachte. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir aber gleich gemeldet haben und sich umgehend darum gekümmert wurde. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen! Einfach toll 😊

comfortable but not luxurious.

The location was good within the ski resort. Terrace ideal. The interior not a sophisticated as the photos had lead us to believe, but still perfectly adequate. The staff did all that we asked, including providing some wood for the fire and additional towels etc.half way through our week stay. They also appear to have understood that being 6 guys we might be slightly noisy so cleverly located us in an apartment which appeared to be between 2 empty apartments. very comfortable beds, which had been set up as singles as we had requested.

Brilliant place to stay

Brilliant place to stay. Second year here and same friendly, helpful staff. We went for a family skiing holiday and it's perfectly located.. Only 4 minute walk to main lift.

تجربة إقامة سيئة

غير نظيف بما فيه الكفاية ، عدم وجود تكييف ، التنبيه قبل تسجيل الدخول بالالتزام بنظافة الشقة وفي نفس الوقت يتم أخذ مبلغ 100 يورو مقابل التنظيف !! ، بطئ في التجاوب مع طلبات النزلاء ، وجود الشطاف في دورة مياه واحده فقط وبقية دورات المياه بدون شطاف. لن أكرر التجربة للإقامة هنا.
