This place was great. Close to everything in the stunning Zell am See area. The front desk was super helpful and it was great to have a big balcony. The washer/dryer situation was a little fraught and we didn’t have hot water on the last day but the front desk was super helpful. I’d definitely stay there again

6/10 Okay

The room was clean and the balcony, along with two bathrooms were beneficial to our stay. The sauna was also nice to enjoy. I have two complaints for this hotel. The female staff (young Caucasian with brown hair) was a bit rude to me when I checked in. I told her my party of 6 were instructed to park our two vehicles outside of the hotel. She immediately got contentious with me and said I probably did not

The room was very good but they charged us with additional fee for the final cleaning cost 120 euro which is irrelevant and it part of their duty to clean the room after any customer and it part of the cost of the rent.

Beware, a €120.00 cleaning charge is added to every bill. This is not made particularly clear at the time of booking. Including local taxes, overall you will pay an additional £200.00 to the price advertised

Siisti ja iso huone ja loistava sijainti. Parveke hieman kulahtanut.
