Spotless for the price

Travelling throughout Pakistan for a month, for the price, this one was the best, clean pillow cases clean and comfortable duvet, clean bathroom and floor, near banks and restaurants, gentle staff. Beware Pick up at airport, didn't work for me, other than that, perfect.

2 night stay in Pakistan, first time visitor

Having flown into Karachi for the first time, i had no idea what to expect from Pakistan or the hotel, thankfully Careem app knew where hotel was. From there the reception was very friendly, with the woman on the desk speaking fluent English and being very helpful with all inquiries and requests. Room itself was ok, bed was comfortable, had the basic amenities, table and power plugs. Bathroom wasn’t exactly a 5 star western hotel, but shower water pressure was great, and to be honest more than did the job. No toilet paper, bidet only, but tissues were provided. In general excellent value for money, will undoubtedly stay here again if in Karachi, plus KFC is a 5 minute walk away.

Bad and dirty bathroom and furniture

Bathroom condition were terrible and needed much improvement. There was a constant bad smell from bathroom. Furniture in room was very dirty and old. Loud noise from loose windows. Overall needed much improvement. Staff was very good. Hotel owner was very cooperative

I loved the owner of the property he was very helpful but overall the cleaning standard was way below average the bathroom was very dirty with mold all over the tiles and all the fittings including faucets and shower had mold the bathroom toilet seat was very uncomfortable the toilet had mold inside but hot water for shower was excellent. Entrance door stayed open the walls inside the room had leaks soiled and the furniture was very old and dirty no knobs on the dresser

空港ピックアップは助かりました。

清潔感、サービス、ホスピタリティなどコスパはとても良かった。アジアのホテルは空港までのピックアップを事前にリクエストをても来てくれないことが多いので期待していなかったが、ドライバーの連絡先など事前に何度も連絡をくれて空港にもきちんと来てくれた。深夜到着だったのでとても助かりました。空港へのお迎えは無料なのも嬉しい。 住宅街にあるのでタクシーなどを見つけるのが難しいのでホテルの車（これは有料）で買い物など済ますことができたのでこれも助かった。 従業員の皆さんもとても気さくで温かく迎えてくれました。ありがとうございました。

I would say its been great hospitality .Specially night staff Zeeshan and Mathew were very helpful.My 5 years old had the noodles craving in the middle of night and got cranky for it.They made noodles for him .I want personally acknowledge their efforts. A big thank for them. We have not landed here but stayed here and its worthed it from Dubai and found this nice and peaceful place to have good sleep. Food is good and staff is professional and friendly .I would definetly prefer to stay here on every visit to Pakistan .

For the standards of this city the place is nice and priced appropriately. Of course I can complain about having breakfast with no cutlery but again that is the culture here where they eat with their hands. Rooms are extremely large and clean. But again I’m not comparing anything to western standards nor should I. Ac works well, wifi is decent and staff very helpful and very friendly. I would aty here again with no hesitation.
