"Ours was a family outing, the stay was comfortable one with proper sevice extended. The hotel has very limited options for vegetarian meals which needa to be considered while planning your stay. The rooms has attractive traditional asthetics which has high appeal. The newly built wing has better room than the old wiing. The staft is supportive and gives service with smile. "The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

"Generally and overall the staff are helpful and respectful. Apart from one female receptionist, when we called requesting milk for our 2 year old ( who was very ill), her only concern was the bill. My wife told her we will pay at check out but she insisted we pay cash at 3am! I mean its not like we were running away or avoiding paying 600 rupees! "
