"The check in process is a bit tedious but other than that, it was perfect. I love how convenient the location is!"

"Everything was great about this property. Host very friendly and responsive with check-in and ongoing care during my trip. Accommodation was more than adequate for my needs, and everything else to make my stay confortable was included. "Do take note on the policy stating to contact the host 24-hrs before check-in for instructions. Although I'm not sure if they will respond since the host was totally unreachable on the check-in day. My family and I waited for over 1 hr but ended up booking a new stay as recommended by the customer service :)"

"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"Vi bestilte et rom på 46 kvadratmeter og fikk tilbud om en oppgradering. Det viste seg å være et langt mindre rom, men med fin terrasse og utsikt. Møbler etc hadde bedre kvalitet enn de andre rommene, men vi følte likevel at det ikke var en oppgradering da rommet var så lite. Alt i alt var vi likevel bra fornøyd."

"Clean rooms, convenient to Imago (15-minute walk). Surrounding area needs improvement. Unfortunately, experienced air-conditioning leakage."
