All additional fees (final cleaning, service fee, laundry package, and visitor’s tax) must be paid via bank transfer along with the invoice. To issue the visitor’s cards, please provide us with the full names and ages of all travelling guests. The physical visitor’s cards will be available in the respective holiday apartment upon arrival. The digital version will be sent via email if the corresponding email address is provided.

Keys will be handed over on the day of arrival at the property located at Zeltplatzstraße 6 in Karlshagen.


The holiday home consists of 4 identical holiday apartments, idyllically situated in the dune forest of Karlshagen, just 80 metres from the beach. Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest.

Karlshagen, on the sunny island of Usedom, offers a wonderfully wide white sandy beach. Right outside the door, you’ll also find biking and hiking trails, as well as other recreational activities for all ages. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance.

Parking is available for one car per apartment on the property. Since the property is wooded, parking space is somewhat limited and requires mutual consideration with other guests; you may need to swap parking spots from time to time, which should be discussed with the other guests in advance!

Parking on the property’s pavement or behind the paved open area is strictly prohibited so as not to obstruct other guests!

We ask that you comply with these rules and thank you for your understanding!

For safety reasons, charging electric cars is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property!



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
