This is a very pleasant hotel: clean, attractive decor and very spacious. Our room was superb, the location is excellent and the personal were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable room! The staff was very friendly and informative with 24 hr front desk service. The only things that were a little turn down was the noise of the street train and the parking was pricey 24 euros per night. In all, it was a great option for us staying just 1 night.

Nice, clean but expensive parking.

Room upgrade on arrival but the upgrade room was pleasant but very basic so wonder how basic our original booked room would have been? Staff were polite & helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods on offer. Parking was expensive €24 for one night but it was convenient having access to car without leaving building.

There was no fridge in the room, personnel it had broken and was nit yet replaced. Bathroom was quite worn, but I understood som renovations were underway. Otherwise nice and clean, friendly personnel, good breakfast and all at a reasonable pricelevel.

Das Hotel ist jetzt nicht gerade das modernste aber vollkommen zufrieden stellend. Es liegt super für Ausflüge. Mann kann zu Fuß ins Einkaufszentrum am Ettlinger Tor und auch das Schloss Karlsruhe ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück für mich vollkommen ausreichend. Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Preis Leistung vollkommen okay. Personal auch total freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

El hotel está muy bien. La habitación y el baño son muy amplios; pedimos para 2 adultos y dos niños y nos pusieron en una habitación con una cama king size y dos camas tamaño twiin. El desayuno es muy bueno. El único inconveniente es que si no pides específicamente que deseas que limpien la habitación, no lo hacen y eso no te lo avisan al llegar. Por eso califiqué con 4 estrellas
