The room was clean and met our needs for the days we were there. The hotel is walking distance to a number of attractions. The neighborhood looks a little rough but is safe.

Taken in by the word appartment. It is NOT an appartment it's a hotel room with a hob. No sitting area just a small room a table and a bed. Room a little tired and needs a makeover. Location was ok but not a lot of options for evening meals around so be prepared for a walk

We sincerely thank you for your opinion. It is a pity that we could not convince you of our services in the period from 13.11.-04.12.21. Your apartment was fitted with a fully equipped small kitchen (electric kettle, fridge, microwave, glass ceramic hob, cooking and eating utensils), shower/WC, hairdryer, cable colour TV, radio alarm clock, digital safe for 17" widescreen notebooks, wifi, direct dial telephone, wardrobe, large writing and dining table and balcony with chair. We will pass on your suggestions regarding the interior internally. It is true, we do not have an in-house restaurant, but there are indeed several restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. One is even directly opposite. Good value and convenient location
The location was quite convenient with many tram/S-bahn stops nearby and the room was spacious for one person. Also it was nice to have a kitchenette and a large desk although it would've been even nicer to have a little table to use for eating food. It is not the newest building but inside is maintained well enough.

kind of strange place, reception was 150 meters and one turn away from property, the receptionist given me correct, but many instructions to access with the car to the garage and I managed it at first attempt, but a map with instructions would have been necessary for the most ... the mini apartment itself has a pretty good value, perfectly clean, an old buliding but inside almost completely recently renovated, I'll be back

An older apartment. The back rooms are quiet with a view of some trees which is nice. Steep stairs up to the beds. The room is pretty basic with nothing fancy. Pretty expensive for what you get.

Very good option but be prepared for a short walk
Acora hotel is a very good option for travelers on a budget looking to stay in a central, convenient location in Karlsruhe. Almost everything is excellent--the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, the internet is strong, and the breakfast is quite tasty. The only drawback is that the hotel rooms are in several buildings in the area nearby, some of which require a 3-5 minute walk from the reception (which can be a pain in bad weather). But overall, an excellent option.

Nice find near a project I was working on. There is parking but you have to pay 7 euros a night. I did not try the breakfast but there is market nearby where I got my coffee and juice. Clean room and comfy bed. Wifi was good too.

Home away from home!
Stayed in the annex building of the hotel, which is about 50 m from the reception. The place is more like a perfect 'home' for a family to spend time together.

Practical and convenient
We always stay here when we're in Karlsruhe. It's not luxurious, but has everything you need. The whole apartment is kept very clean and generally well maintained. It's in a fairly quiet area, but close to good transport links, bars and places to eat. There's a supermarket a few minutes walk away, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk into the centre.

Good, solid hotel
Very good run-of-the-mill type Hotel. Centrally located, nice restaurant / bar across the road. The hotel was clean, bedding all in order so a recommendable, 3-star hotel stay. Reception & staff very friendly, breakfast a reasonably good selection available.

Nice comfortable hotel
A very nice hotel with a good price. The rooms are perfect clean, the stuff is friendy. U could walk very easy into the middle of the city! It only lasted 12 minutes. The rooms are big and the little kitchen got everything u need. From your balcony u look into the green. It was also very quiet. We have been there different times and we were always content!

We arrived late...after a grueling flight...
The gentleman at the desk informed us our rooms were around the corner, dark, tried many doors and finally found the entrance mid block. Wondering if the rooms are better in the actual hotel and what this annex is a half a block away. Our maid was helpful, kept the very modest room clean. It was very warm and humid and the hotel in our annex, has no air conditioning and only a door and window for ventilation. All said, we most likely got what we paid for, but wouldn't stay there again. Also, not paying a lot of attention when I booked the room, it was a nonrefundable reservation, made way in advance and no way of cancelling or changing. I probably won't book with Expedia again because of this and while we will return to this area at least once a year, won't stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel with great transport links.
Great hotel very well located at the centre of the tram network only 5 minutes away. You can go to any part of the city from the closest stop without having to change. My small apartment was a bit dated but very clean. The breakfast was very good with beacon, sausages and scramble eggs, plus other continental stuff. Pretty good for the money.

A nice appartment hotel in Karlsruhe
A nice place to stay in Karlsruhe. Very clean and simple with everything you need for a short stay. Located 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town centre, and with plenty of bars, restaurants and small shops even closer.

Overall this was a nice apartment hotel at a good price for the room. The hotel staff were friendly overall, although the woman at the desk at check out was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast is good, although you will find much better for your 12 euro, and I would only recommend paying extra for it if you require convenience. The room (maisonette) was pleasant and well equipped, but smelled strongly of curry. It was otherwise clean and comfortable.

The brochure describing the hotel did not make it clear that the breakfast was an extra charge. On none of the days that I was in the dining area was this made clear to me. I don't consider my breakfasts to have been worth $15.00.

German Scandinavia modest modernism
lovely clean and well run place with minimal German 50s modern style updated well with wifi and flat screen TV. While neighbourhood immediately around it is dull it is close to what Karlsruhe has to offer. Suited me and my 11 year old well with split level accommodation on the top floor. Well priced and proper German breakfast buffet with everything but herring.

Good Location
North Americans would likely find the room we had cramped but everything including the kitchenette is adequately stocked (dishes, utensils, pots for 2 people). Layout is efficient. Hotel is close to (less than 100 meters) from a major supermarket so it is very convenient for making a small breakfast, having your morning coffee etc. We enjoyed our time there enjoyed the central palace and grounds with its interesting presentation of the city's history from Roman times to the present. Attended a Mozart opera at the state theater which was top notch.

The hotel was good and clean which I was really happy about and I felt comfortable there. The only thing I didn't really like were the receptionists (blond lady and a grey long haired lady). Upon checking in the blond receptionist accused me of not having have mentioned that I was coming with my baby, which I did whilst booking (my baby coming was not a last minute surprise) then when she went to photocopy my passport, she thought it was okay to gossip about me to her colleague (grey haired woman). They were also rude to my friend who only asked them if I had arrived already. I would strongly recommend that hotel management puts in a bit more effort in employing some friendlier staff on reception especially as they are the first point of contact. I was also put in a room with steep stairs up to the bedroom which wasn't great having to carry my baby up to bed. After a few times going up and down I got used to it though and it wasn't so bad but the fear of falling with him remained.

Good location in Karlsruhe.
I've stayed here multiple times while being in Karlsruhe. I've never been disappointed with the condition or cleanliness of the room. It's like a small apartment complete with a kitchen. The price is also very reasonable.

Hotel service was good. Person in the hotel reception spoke English and was there for 24 hours. I had to leave early (around 4:30 am) and the person at the reception desk made a telephone for me.

Convenient location
Very clean and well maintained hotel within easy walking distance to the main shopping downtown. We were in a "Maisonette". A room with the bedroom on an upstairs level. The staircase to the sleeping area is very steep. Ok for most able bodied people but could be a challenge for anyone with a walking disability or any other mobility issues. Overall, a very good hotel.

Very unique room with a loft
I didn't remember booking a room with a loft, but that's what we got. Very nice clean room with a living room, bath room and kitchen area on the bottom. But the bed was above in a loft with a sky light and there was a steep wooden stair (almost a ladder) to get to it. So we left suitcases downstairs and only went up when ready for bed. Friendly staff at the desk and parking in an underground garage in the back of the hotel. Interesting one night stay. Won't want to have every hotel room on our trip like this though.
