It was a 5 minute drive to the campus and a 30 second walk to the downtown area. We finished our research, successfully, in a couple of hours, ..."

"8 of us stayed in 4 different rooms and we all had an amazing time. Really get to know the history of the building and the town. The staff was so fun and excited to see us. There is no parking and the streets around the hotel are tiny.. we wouldn’t even call it an alley in the states but that’s cork. ..."

"The property is wonderfully located by the River bank. It is a great location, very quiet. If you're a lone traveller, your room will be compact (a double bed in a smaller sized room). The room I had was a little tired and in need of a slight refresh. Other than that, the cleanliness was spot on, the staff went over and above for me and made me feel extremely welcome, so much so that I would definitely use this Hotel again if travelling to Cork. The Irish breakfast is absolutely amazing and well worth trying - excellent quality of food. A truly fantastic experience and a lovely historic Hotel with a warm Irish heart and soul. "

"Food at their restaurant was good and most staff were friendly. Staff at the gym next door was more direct, and not as welcoming as the hotel staff. You get access to the gym next door if you’re staying at the hotel. Room was beautiful and modern. What I didn’t like was the carpet on the hotel floors which made it difficult to roll luggage pieces. It was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay again. "
