Charming!

Charming hotel with good breakfast. Interesting to have a musem-part in the hotel and a nice outdoor area is available.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is wonderful. Staff, breakfast and service was excellent. We will certainly stay here the next time we come to Karlstad. Also interesting history of the former prison and well designed museum. Highly recommended!

Breakfast not very good

Breakfast was not very inspiring unfortunately. Not much taste, bacon as rubber without taste, not all seems very fresh. Definately space for improvement.

Förutom det fina hotellet fanns intressant historia om fängelset inkl ett litet museum med bevarade celler. Om jag måste hitta room for improvment så är det de trånga p-rutorna på innergården.

Fint och fräscht hotell.

Rent rum, underbar personal, bra frukost. Gratis parkering är mycket bra. Att middag ingår är helt fantastiskt. Det enda jag tyckte var mindre bra var att jag hade rum ut mot parkeringen och det var ett fruktansvärt oväsen både fredag och lördag kväll. Epadunk och skrikande ungdomar, i timmar. Det var lite jobbigt då jag skulle upp tidigt båda dagarna.
