Das Hotel liegt am Anfang der Fussgängerzone und ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis war vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, aber eher einfach ausgestattet. Dad Bett war sehr gut. Unser Zimmet wsr zum Hintethof und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab von allem (Brote, Brötchen, Belag usw. ) genug zur Auswahl. Das Hotel hat eine Bar, in der man gut verweilen kann. Ansonsten bietet Karlstad sehr viele Restaurants und Bars.
