Away from the tourist towns, you can relax in this tasteful and inviting vacation home. The very spacious house offers room for your extended family or several couples of friends, who can make themselves comfortable on the main floor with living rooms and bedrooms as well as the basement rooms with play equipment, spa area and sociable fireplace room. Enjoy the bright and friendly ambience, light the wood-burning stove or get together in the activity room with billiards, table tennis and table soccer. Wellness lovers can make themselves comfortable in the whirlpool and sauna.



The sunny summer weather will also entice you outside. Enjoy cool drinks on the balcony, with a wonderful view of the countryside and surroundings, or dine on the covered terrace. Your children won't be able to wait to jump in the pool and take a dip, while you can laze on the sun loungers.



The beautiful house is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, close to the charming medieval town of Motovun, which is situated on a hill. Discover the beauty of unspoiled nature during a bike ride along the famous Istrian Parenzana route, a former railroad line, and forget about your everyday worries and stress. A few kilometers away, there is a golf practice course and a horse ranch for horseback riding. You can also go on excursions to Porec, explore the city and swim in the sea.
