  • The charming Villa Selar with private pool is located near Motovun. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. This villa in the heart of Istria is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday!

    On the ground floor, you can relax in the living area and spend time with your loved ones. It is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On this floor you will also be surprised by an entertainment room with billiards and darts where you can have fun.

    Four further bedrooms await you on the upper floor and promise you peaceful summer nights. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and has access to its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also another bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

    The outdoor area is characterised by the wonderful pool with sun loungers. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, lean back in one of the sun loungers or in the hammock and relax. The villa offers many additional activities on site. Your children can play on the trampoline or in the children's playground while you prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill. The large covered dining area makes for unforgettable outdoor summer dinners. Enjoy delicious family meals and treat yourself to a cool drink in the eveningThe villa is located in the village of Motovunski Novaki in central Istria, one of the most beautiful regions in the world. Just a short drive away from the villa, overlooking the valley of the river Mirna, is certainly the most famous and beautiful Istrian medieval town of Motovun. This charming hilltop town is one of the most characteristic symbols of the Istrian landscape. Traditional local festivals and a renowned international film festival are held here and bring this peaceful little town to life. The main tourist attractions on the coast such as Umag, Novigrad and Porec are within easy reach. These towns are known for their beautiful beaches as well as a variety of leisure activities. The town of Porec with its rich cultural heritage is truly a must-see for anyone interested in culture and history. The Euphrasian Basilica in the old town is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und möchten uns herzlich bedanken. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits von den freundlichen Besitzern empfangen, und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Im Kühlschrank warteten kühle Getränke auf uns, und auf dem Tisch fanden wir eine volle Obstschale sowie einen regionalen Wein. Besonders überrascht hat uns der selbstgebackene Kuchen, der köstlich war – ein großes Dankeschön dafür!Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, mit reichlich Geschirr, Besteck und sogar Spülmittel und Kaffeefiltern. Im Haus und im Garten gab es zahlreiche Aktivitäten: Billard, Tischtennis und Dart sorgten für Spaß an regnerischen Tagen, während der große Pool mit Liegen und das Trampolin draußen ideale Plätze zum Entspannen boten. Unser Hund hatte viel Platz im Garten zum Spielen und Laufen.Der Pavillon und der Grillkamin im Freien waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Haus bot genügend Platz für unsere drei Generationen, sodass wir viel Zeit miteinander verbringen, aber auch unsere Privatsphäre genießen konnten.Die Lage im kleinen Dorf ist ideal für Ruhe und Entspannung, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Gleichzeitig sind die größeren Städte wie Poreč, Pazin und Novigrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wo man hervorragend essen und bummeln kann. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Brotautomat im Nachbardorf, der rund um die Uhr frisches Brot anbietet – einfach fantastisch!Wir konnten uns wirklich erholen und kommen gerne wieder.
