Not a bad place to stay. The cleaners could.make more effort, as.minimal effort was apploed in room.cleaning. breakfast for vegetarians was Very limited . Otherewise great location for both Kata and Karon. Making Patong also reachable at reasonable prices.

This place was great and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Kata Beach. The only downside was that the wifi was brutal in the room almost unusable. It worked at the lobby and pool area fine though.

I enjoyed my stay, check in was smooth and simple. The aesthetics were nice, even did a photoshoot. Breakfast was excellent especially with the omelette station and fresh pancakes. I would of preferred more fruits selection than watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple. I wish they would of had their homeland fruits like mangosteen, dragon fruit..etc The bed was comfy, I had the swim up pool entry room I was in the pool everyday! Outside the hotel you weren’t far from market, restaurants, bars.

We had a swim out room beside our friend’s room and it was perfect! This property is gorgeous and they clearly take pride in providing the best guest experience. The property is immaculate, the staff are super kind and always greet you with a smile. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and the location of the hotel was perfect. We liked that it was walking distance to Kata and Karon beaches, close to street markets, restaurants, and the Makro grocery store where we bought our wine and a few items. We stayed at 5 properties during our time in Thailand and this was definitely a favourite.

Very Comfortable stay
We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely room overlooking the pool. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. Only 6 coat hangers in the wardrobe but plaid drawer space. Breakfast was just ok becoming very repetitive over 15 days. Not as much choice as other hotels we have stayed in Thailand but managed to eat something every day. The pool is large but very cold as it is shaded by the buildings most of the day but the hotel is only 10 min walk to nearest beach and there is also a free shuttle to kata a few times a day. No shuttle at night. We would stay again if in Kata

This was our 2nd stay at Aurico. The location is in a great area, two beaches are accessible by walking and there is a nice cafe and are some decent restaurants around. Great cost performance hotel. However, wifi wasn’t good. Also the cleaning could be improved. If you like a simple place with basics and a nice pool then this is the place for you.

The best hotel. Recommend with two hands. Everything was perfect, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean and modern. Definitely will be back again, when I visit Phuket. The beach is just 10 minutes from the hotel Kata and Karon. :)

This hotel is amazing, I cannot day a bad thing about it. It’s new so everything is very clean! The staff are incredible friendly and helpful... it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The location was great too, and only a short walk to the beach! Amazing two weeks here

The swimming pool was large and great but it was too cold to go in often. The sun doesnt shine on it all day so water is extremely cold. The pool bar closes at 7pm which is too early .

Great stay between Kata and Karon.
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel for our honeymoom and found the hotel very well designed, a great swimming pool and the room to be very comfortable. The staff service at reception was very good too. About what could be improved: - We found the breakfast to be expensive with too few vegetarian/vegan options. Thus, we only took it once. - It would be great if the spa could be opened later in the day to enjoy it after an acyive day visiting the area. We unfortunately did not have time to try it. - Different type of pillows would be good as it was the case in other hotels we stayed in, as they don't suit everyone. Very good stay overall and we would definitely come back. Many thanks.

Nice resort with friendly staffs. Highly recommend! Only one suggestion: If the room is ready to be moved in, it will be more convenient to forget about the 2pm check-in time since the lobby is too hot.

The hotel is very new and clean. The swimming pool was great although the water was a little cold. Food was easily accessible with many restaurants within a short walking distance. I will definitely come back here during my next visit to Phuket.

Reasonable price, new hotel, breakfast is acceptable. Dont expect too much as it is just 4 stars hotel. But value for money if you are budget traveler, at least clean and tidy.

Comfortable, modern hotel with good facilities. Some aspects which could be improved are; selection and replenishment of bathroom amenities, make pool towels available by the pool, play relaxing lower volume music by the pool - had to endure full on loud Russian hardcore dance music at times

I cant praise this hotel enough. The staff were so helpfull. Everyone was so friendly. Thanks to Ball at the bar we found an amazing restaurant and he made amazing cocktails at the pool bar for us. He always had a smile on his face. The hotel price was very good for what we received. I hope they keep doing such good prices so i can go again next year. I recomened paying the extra for the breakfast included option. We paid for brekkie a few times and it was lovely. The pool access room is our favourite. I loved the cleaners. They were so lovely and very happy to come back later. I tipped them every day about 40 bahht a day. We also used the spa for a coffee scrub massage and sunburn after sun massage. The hotel is in a great location between 2 beeches. Its not a night club area. And that suited us fine. Used the grab app for taxi. Kinda like uber. Hired a driver for a few hours to do trips. Also used the expedia app for local trips and we had amaxing days out thanks to that.

I love the swimming pool here because it’s bigger than 5 star hotels that I’ve been to and also closing time is perfect for people who just finished outside activities and come back to hotel for relaxing at the pool as well as the water is clean and clear. All staffs are very friendly and respectful.

this hotel is very new and i loved every minute of my stay here, one of my top 5 hotels ever. Super clean, comfy beds, very pretty rooms. The swimming pool was amazing and you could enter the pool by your balcony if you had the room on the bottom floor. The pool was changing colours at night and it was so pretty. would recommend this hotel!!!! I will definitely be back next time in phuket
