"We stayed at Le Meridien as a group of 6, 5 Adults and one 8 year old for a week (one adult stayed 4 nights). We all really enjoyed our stay. The resort is large, clean, well maintained, with good amenities. Breakfast has a wide choice and wasn't overly busy. The hotel is a little out of the way, but 10-15 mins in a taxi gets you into Karen, Kata or Patong. The only slight negative was that we were given 3 rooms, weren't told which was which was allocated to who and this caused some challenges with charging food/drinks to the rooms, also with the early checkout. In theory this should have been easy to rectify but it never did happen. However, it didn't affect the quality of our stay or the enjoyment of it."

"Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket."

"Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. "The hotel was fantastic, and overall, we had a very good experience. The only major downside was the hill you have to walk up to get to the market. It was extremely steep, almost like a 90-degree incline, which can be very difficult, especially for families and elderly guests. The hotel should consider providing some kind of transport facility, such as a tuk-tuk or another convenient option, to take guests to the market. If they provided this service, it would make the hotel experience almost perfect. Regarding the restaurant, I think there should be more variety in the food. We stayed for 11 nights, and towards the end of our stay, we were honestly getting fed up with having the same food repeatedly. Changing the menu at least once a week or offering more variety would make a big difference. One more thing to mention bar timings should be increased in the night. It was only till 11 and starts at 12 in noon Overall, though, it was a fantastic hotel and we really enjoyed our stay."
