False information on website

I have booked this hotel with help from Trivago which redirects to Expedia. At the time of booking, it was showing 4 star hotel and when I arrived to hotel, I came to know that it is 2 star. I booked deluxe room but I was given standard room. My room was horrible with low quality bed and furniture. Behind the hotel there is sewage line and my room was smelling very badly because of that. When I contacted hotel manager, he told that it is website's fault that they did Photoshop of our hotel rooms and asked me to contact Expedia. I was fully tight with my plans that simply I cannot book another 4/5 star hotel. Please do the needful and update the hotel accordingly. I deserve a compensation for the discomfort caused to myself and my family by you.

Central Hotel - Would not go back.

1st night we checked-in we had a huge cockroach greet us. Other than that, stay was mediocre. Beds were okay, we were given free water/towels daily.

Salle de bain minuscule aucun moyen de poser ses affaires de toilette. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres impossible de dormir le matin Personne pour le Check in sympa mais Check out à peine un regard

Hyffsat nybyggt område i mellan händelsernas centrum. Fräscht rum, hårda sängar men det verkar vara standard i Thailand. Frukosten var okej, rostbröd och ditt val av tillagade ägg, juice, kaffe/te och färsk frukt.

décevant - la chambre se trouvait dans une rue à 200 mètres de la réception, c'était un labyrinthe pour accéder à la piscine qui d'ailleurs était dispo pour un certain nombre de chambres ou d'hôtels. Malgré son nom, cet hôtel est vraiment sans charme ...

Trevlig personal och bra rum. Ingen tvekan, boka!

Blev fantastiskt mottagen av personalen, ägaren Woodie är otroligt serviceminded och talar bra engelska. Woodie hjälper mer än gärna till med allt som kan uppkomma, han har väldigt mycket kunskap och kan ge råd om vart man kan ta vägen i Thailand. Vi fick tillgång till vårt hotellrum tidigare och dessutom blev vi uppgraderade till ett bättre rum. Rummen är fräscha och rena, känns moderna och håller en väldigt hög klass för kostnaden. Vi stannade i två dagar och skulle utan tvekan boka detta hotell igen. Alla rekommendationer!
