"Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Angefangen in der Küche mit allen Geräten die man fürs Kochen und Verpflegen benötigt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Essbereich ist groß genug für 10 Personen und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind schön und auch groß genug. Ein Schrank mehr wäre vielleicht gut. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super sauber. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen laufen leise und kühlen sehr gut. Selbst nachts stören sie nicht. Der Außenbereich ist top. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Jeder hat seine eigene Liege und genug Platz. Es gibt einen Grill und einen großen Kühlschrank im Außenbereich. Perfekt. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es wird sehr viel getrennt. Die Abgabe beim Wertstoffhof war problemlos. Die Gegend ist recht ruhig. Es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 6 Minuten Autofahrt. In den Nachbarorten gibt es genug kleine Restaurants. Es ist aber keine Touristengegend mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dafür sind die Strände in der Nähe sehr leer. Selbst zur Hauptsaison im August. Der Kontakt mit Federica und Stefania war super. Die beiden waren so freundlich und haben sich immer schnell zurück gemeldet. Selbst als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser hatten, waren sie innerhalb einer Stunde vor Ort und haben es sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Das war wirklich toll. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Ankommen, wohlfühlen und abschalten! Tausend Dank für alles!"

"Très belle prestation pour cet ensemble de maison sarde entourée d'un tres beau parc paysagé. La finition est de très bonne qualité.Le niveau d'équipements des habitations est excellent.La plage est accessible à pied, le cadre est très beau.Vous pouvez vous baigner dans des criques confidentielles à trois kilomètresLa randonnée au Monte Cartucceddu est faire, la vue est magnifique.Les commerçants de Tertenia sont très accueillants et que dire des propriétaires Maria et Werner, des gens charmants.Bref vous l'aurez compris nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit."
