"The hot tub was a perfect temperature. The water was a bit green in the tub and pool but other than that it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and being brought out and refilled constantly. We were a bit surprised about how small the room was but it was clean and in good condition. Would definitely stay there again for the price we paid."

"Hotel was great for a night! It was quite noisy from outside on the bottom floor in the room we stayed in. But we could have our dog at no extra cost, bed was comfortable, close to all the things we were doing in Seward and it’s right next to downtown so you can walk around and look at the boats! "

"Staff is mostly non existent and Ice machines didn’t work. It’s way hot in there just open windows. Take paper plates if u wanna get their frozen pizzas but loved this place will recommend and staying again. Just bring ice and next time ima stay in historic wing "

"I called this hotel directly and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and working (because they are notorious for being broken) and I was told yes. Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. "
