"Our stay at Kaia House allowed us to truly feel the spirit of Mardin. This small guesthouse with only three rooms beautifully combines the charm of traditional stone architecture with elegant, modern touches. Its location made it easy to explore the historic streets on foot. Every morning, the breakfast prepared by Aynur was a perfect start to the day. Her warmth and helpfulness added a special touch to our experience. Here, you will find both peace and genuine hospitality. We wholeheartedly...

"Quiet hotel down an alley at the end of the main street of the old town. Like most of the houses in Mardin the hotel is on multiple different levels, so lots of steps!
We had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the terrace."

"We were very pleased with the breakfast, but the breakfast location itself is not in the hotel but in a restaurant on the main street, which is not easy to reach on foot up the stairs.Overall we really liked the hotel and the wonderful, polite staff. The hotel is like a real castle with spacious verandas and a beautiful view of the valley and the fortress on the mountain.
The place is very quiet and calm for enjoying the beauty, I recommend it to everyone."
"
I honestly can’t find the words to describe how amazing this hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality was beyond expectations.
The room was absolutely stunning — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail was perfect. It truly felt like home, but better!
Thank you so much to the entire team. This stay was unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

"My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!"
