Welcome to this stylish and modern holiday apartment with sea views near Opatija.



The apartment is located on the ground floor and, with its two bedrooms and a bathroom, offers space for a larger family or friends. The heart of the house is the open-plan living area with kitchen and sofa corner, where you can cook together or spend cosy evenings.



On hot days, the communal pool offers cooling and swimming fun. Relax on the sun deck and invite family and friends over for a barbecue dinner in the evening.



You can reach beaches with crystal-clear sea and idyllic promenades by the sea on foot or by car. Visit Opatija with its many cultural events, concerts and excellent restaurants, as well as the Uka Mountain Nature Park.
