Welcome to this stylish and modern holiday apartment with sea views near Opatija.



The modern holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers you a breathtaking view of the Opatija Riviera from the dining room. Take your meals here and let your gaze wander over the view. The heart of the house is the open-plan living area with kitchen and sofa, where you can cook together or spend sociable evenings.



On hot days, the communal pool offers cooling and swimming fun. Relax on the sun deck and invite family and friends over for a barbecue dinner in the evening.



You can reach beaches with crystal-clear sea and idyllic promenades by the sea on foot or by car. Visit Opatija with its many cultural events, concerts and excellent restaurants, as well as the Uka Mountain Nature Park.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.Bei der Ankunft war der Pool verdreckt und die Außenanlagen vermüllt. Das unmittelbare Nachbarhaus ist runtergekommen und auf dem Hof befindet sich ein Schrottplatz.Es stellten sich auch schnell Probleme ein. Wassereinbruch im Nachbarbad, defekte Steckdosen.Kleinigkeiten wie eine Toilettenbürste fehlten ganz und von einen Staubsauger ..... keine Spur.
