On 40 m², a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and optional baby bed awaits you, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and auxiliary bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, espresso machine and all necessary cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi ensure pleasant comfort, while the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine offers additional comfort. From the covered terrace with dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a partial sea view and relax in the sun or evening hours.



The holiday apartment is located just 150 metres from a fine-gravelled beach and is thus ideal for beach days and water sports activities.
