Whether you are seeking a relaxing holiday close to a beach, or if you are a large group, or if you wish to visit Croatia’s most notable historical and cultural sites, or if you are on a long weekend getaway then Villa Tea-Beach may be just what you are looking for - conveniently located between Split and Trogir, 10 minutes from Split Airport and 200 meters from the beach. With four levels sharing a specious 400 m² interior with seven bedrooms, plus two kitchens and two living rooms everyone in the group is sure to have their corner of privacy. Semi underground level offers entertainment such as a sauna, wine cellar, pool table, table tennis and a gym. First level consists of 2 double bedrooms, the second levelof 1bedroom with 2 single beds and finally the 3rdlevel is where you will find 3 double bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Seasonal heated pool, sun loungers, BBQ facilities and a shaded lounge area are also available for your enjoyment.In seven bedrooms 14 guest are comfortably accommodated. Additionally, one adult or two children can be accommodated on the sofa bed available on the third level.Located between the Kozjak mountains and the sparkling blue sea, half way between cultural centers of Split and Trogir, Kaštela has for centuries been the place to be. The noble families have thought so and have built their castles here, which is where Kaštela gets its name.Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. Be sure to visit UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 10 minute drive away. Great stay!

Great house for a big group, and a pleasant, quiet location away from the crowds. The highlight of our visit was a cruise for the day - our boat picked us up near the house rather than in super busy Split.

Our stay at this Kaštel Lukšić house was absolutely perfect! The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The house is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great time and the location is great, with sea views and not far from the city by car. Extraordinary journey!

Ivana’s villa was absolutely stunning, we had plenty of room for a big group and plenty of things to do within the villa. Ivana was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we messaged. The location was great as there was a nearby supermarket as well as the beach. A 15-20 min walk along the beach took you to amazing and well-priced restaurants. Would 100% recommend to any big groups 😊

Perfect place for large group

The property has so much space, plenty of different rooms and balconies if the teens wanted their own space, likewise if we were all together there was more than enough space in the main open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area. 3 nice restaurants we found within walking distance, head towards the sea! Ante (Ivana's brother) was fantastic with arranging all our transport throughout the week.

Special place!

Great host and villa. With 13 friends in total we had a great and wonderful time. Everything was there and there were even drinks already cold in the fridge. Supermarket and beach are very close (5 min walk) and even places to eat. Only bad thing was the distance from Split centre, but even with all the Ubers and taxis it was easy to arrange and get in Split in 22 minutes. Very spacious villa with mutiple floors.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

I stayed here with a group of 13 friends and we have been so happy with our choice. This is a beautiful villa in a great location. There are local marinas and beaches that are a quick walk away and you have Split just down the road. The villa is spacious with a great pool and a lot of things to do inside (table football, pool, table tennis, gym, sauna etc.). The hosts are friendly, polite and great in terms of communication. They quickly replied to any questions that we had and were a pleasure to deal with for check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend.

Villa Perfection

Stunning Villa, so much space for 16 guests. Our group of girls aged 20-60 had an amazing time in this immaculately clean and spacious home. Everything we could ever want for the perfect spot to celebrate my daughters forth coming wedding and within 20 minutes drive from the centre of Split. Kastel Luksic is a gorgeous town itself, right on the beach with beautiful restaurants and friendly bars. The owners Ivana and Ante could not have been more helpful and our every ask was their command. Having 2x 8 seaters on call to take us anywhere we needed was an amazing bonus and so reasonably priced as well.

High-end vacation!

Absolutely stunning house and great hosts. A family run properly where they met us at the airport and provided a taxi to and from the house. The house itself is stunning, so big with lots of lovely well kept bedrooms. The games room and wine cellar are great additions and feels like you’re at another venue. The pool area is spacious and the whole property was spotless. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return if we were to come back. There is a lovely restaurant called Mala Mora which was walking distance from the house, on the seafront- great food and very friendly staff. About a 20 minute Uber into split centre and there are shops near by for food etc.

High-end vacation!

The villa was incredible! When the owner met us at the villa, he took us on a tour and the rooms just kept on going and going, there was everything you could ever need for a weekend/week away. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the floors, but this wasn't a problem for any of us. The rooms are spacious, clean and kept up to date with amenities such as air con, PlayStation 3 console and plenty of space to unpack all of your stuff. The location is great, with it only being a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 20-30 minute drive to Split, depending on traffic. The garden area with the pool, shaded seating area and bbq were fantastic and were greatly appreciated for our weekend. All in all, the villa is amazing and I would fully recommend to anybody looking to stay near Split!

The cleanliness was amazing but the support of this family run accommodation was exceptional. Never ‘in your face’. Left to our own devices but immediately there is required - perfect! The surrounding area was great - beach, bakery, supermarket, butchers, restaurants all within walking distance. All the small things that polish off the accommodation, great showers/water pressure, topped up kitchen utensils, change of bed linen half way through, local advice. Thanks to the whole family for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t recommend highly enough

Great multi family villa

15 of us stayed in the villa and its much bigger than the photos show as its on 4 floors. There are 2 big lounges, lots of balconies and a cellar with a table and drinks area. We had great weather for late october and having a heated pool was great for the kids plus there was plenty of sunbeds, chairs and a bbq to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The sauna and games area were also lovely to make use of and having some bikes there was a great idea as a few of us went out for a ride. There is a nearby bakery and shop and restaurants that you can walk to and split and trogir were a short uber away. Ivana (host) was lovely and met us and helped us order food on the first night as well as helping us with questions throughout the week. If i visit Croatia again would be happy to come back. My only suggestion would be to have a kettle in each kitchen to save having to carry hot drinks up and down the stairs.

Special place!

We spend almost a week in the place (14 people) and we had the best stay! The accommodation itself is huge, 2 kitchen fully equipped, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so much chilling space, inside and outside: pool, games room and sauna was amazing! The beach and supermarkets are nearby. The communication was easy and helpful.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We just had a hen party here and everything was amazing, great host ante met us and explained everything. So spacious for a group of 15 of us. And the pool area was amazing!! Lovely little area near some bakery’s and cafes, only 25 minutes into split.
