On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with direct access to the terrace and pool. One king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom is also located on this level, ideal for guests who prefer stair-free access.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (90x200 cm, convertible into double beds) share a modern bathroom. A spacious balcony offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Split, and the Dalmatian islands.

Extraordinary journey!
Karlo & Ivana where the most amazing host, the villa was extremely beautiful and had breath taking views. The host also made us feel at home. There was 8 of us and we all had enough space. Would definitely recommend !.

Major-league holiday!
Ivana and Karlo were the most amazing hosts we could have hoped for! Their kindness, care, and hospitality went far beyond what we expected, and we are truly grateful for everything they did to make our stay special. The villa itself was fantastic — modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and completely private, with all amenities in perfect working order. They were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, came by to clean the pool, and even helped us with the barbecue. We felt so well taken care of and completely at home. Thank you, Ivana and Karlo, for an unforgettable stay — we can’t recommend you highly enough!
