Ein wirklich schickes Haus mit tollem Pool. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt und er hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt. Für E-Auto Besitzer interessant: wir durften am Hausstrom laden und bekamen dafür sogar extra ein Verlängerungskabel gebracht.Kleines Manko, für das der Vermieter nichts kann, ist die Baustelle unterhalb des Grundstücks. Der Hausbau sollte sich aber nicht mehr allzu lange hinziehen.Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt als Familie.Die Begrüßung, mit einem Kuchen, einem Fläschchen Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau und Wein, sowie gekühlten Getränken war toll und haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab zudem Informationen über Feste und Veranstaltungen in der Nähe.Wer es etwas ruhiger mag ist hier genau richtig.Danke Alen

Super schöne neue Villa.Sehr gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit,netter Vermieter.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der ständige,sehr laute Baulärm des Nachbarhauses gewesen.Wir kommen aber sehr gerne nochmal wieder.

Schönes Anwesen

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten und schönem Pool. Lage sehr ruhig, trotzdem Einkaufen und Essen gehen schnell zu erreichen. Alen war ein freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Ansprechpartner. Das Haus verfügte über diverse Annehmlichkeiten wie z. b.,Alarmanlage, Klimaanlage. Dank an Alen für den Kuchen und den Wein und das Öl.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war wunderschön und gab alles was man braucht. Wir haben viel gekocht und es war alles da ! Das Haus war super sauber und alles ganz neu. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Besitzer er war für jede Fragen immer ansprechbar und war stets freundlich. Leider ist es etwas weit weg von Porec aber mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin ! Ich kann es hier jeden empfehlen liebe Grüße

Rundum absolut empfehlenswert! Alles wie auf den Bildern , die Lage ist sehr ruhig , perfekt für Kinder. Die Familie ist super lieb , einige Gastgeschenke standen bereit und generell ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet ! Gerne wieder , bis nächstes Jahr !!
