Villa Dany is a charming single level villa in the peaceful village of Kastelir near Porec. It features three bedrooms, including one with a double bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for families. The home offers a full bathroom, an additional toilet, and a bright living and dining area with sea and pool views. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. Outside, guests can enjoy a fenced garden, a private swimming pool, a covered terrace for dining, and secure parking.



Guest Access:

As our guest at Villa Dany, you will enjoy complete and private access to the entire single level villa and its surrounding grounds. You are welcome to relax in the bright living and dining area or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the fenced garden is entirely yours to enjoy, featuring a private swimming pool and a covered terrace perfect for al fresco dining. We also provide secure parking on the premises for up to two vehicles for your convenience.

Nestled in lush greenery, the villa is just fifteen minutes from Porec and its beautiful beaches. Whether you enjoy local culture, horseback riding, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting, this location ensures a memorable holiday for everyone.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving at Villa Dany in Brnobici by car, as public transit is limited. We offer secure private parking for two vehicles. Porec is fifteen minutes away by car and offers regional bus connections. Pula Airport is the nearest major hub, located about one hour from the villa. Having a vehicle provides the most flexibility to explore the Istrian coastline, cycling trails, and nearby attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Included services consist of a private swimming pool available from April or May through November.

Your stay also includes final cleaning, towels, bed linen, air conditioning, free parking on the premises, and wireless internet. Please note that for your security, we require an online check-in process where you may be asked to provide identification.

Check-in is available daily from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 EUR per day. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, and the minimum age for booking is 20 years.
