Villa Jasminka is a modern vacation home with pool in the village of Ka?telir.

It is located about 11 km from Pore? and 10 km from the beaches in the resort Lanterna, the nearest store is 300 m away and in Ka?telir there are several restaurants, wine cellars, olive oil producers, bicycle paths and a paragliding slope.

Villa Jasminka offers its guests a terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, pool of 36 square meters and parking for two cars.



Vacation house for 4-6 persons of 115 square meters consists of air-conditioned living area with exit to the terrace and pool, equipped kitchen with dining table, two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/WC, one of them with double bed and the other with two single beds, gallery with double bed and a separate toilet. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
