Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Munich to stay here. Thank you

"This property has been owned by the same family since 1865! They were very friendly and welcoming. There is also a restaurant on site that we dined at twice and it was delicious. They also had a typical German breakfast but also would make eggs cooked to order, which was nice. The room was very comfortable. ..."

Fantastic stay
"Lovely hotel right in the heart of the beautiful town of Hersbruck. We stayed one night with our dog and felt really welcome. The dog bowl and treats in our room was a lovely touch we've not seen in other chain hotels. Loads of options for eating out nearby. A great place to stay :)"
