They even have an onsen but unfortunately wasn’t able to use it due to a large tattoo I have but that’s okay. Staff was also friendly and did speak English. "

"We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants.
