"The sunsets were spectacular! Felt like home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Just an FYI: Some of the window hardware was stripped and difficult closing the windows especially the right one where the round table is. The sliding door near the kitchen would also get stuck and hard to close. The fire detector was missing in the living/kitchen area."

"The house was absolutely lovely. There was plenty of seating area for us to enjoy coffee in the morning, both indoors and out. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything one might need to repair a delicious meal. The grounds of the property were gorgeous with beautiful stonework and the location was perfect. Excellent communication from the host. We wished we could have stayed longer. We look forward to coming back again! "

"Clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and yard. Nice spaces to gather for meals, games and stargazing on the deck. Great location for walks/bike (plenty to choose from on property) to Katama Kitchen, airfield, farm and beach. Lots of stairs, so a little tricky with small children. Excellent communication with property manager/host. We would stay again!"

"We have been going to Martha’s Vineyard (on and off) for decades and we loved this property! The owner is very responsive and accommodating!! The property is pristine and you feel as though you’re staying in a home and not a rental. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and we appreciated the hot tub and yard ! We loved the garage / as we all had bikes and we were able to keep them put away and dry! The location is very close to south beach, quiet and on a cul-de-sac. We can’t thank the owner enough for sharing his home with our family!! We had a fantastic trip and made many memories! We can’t wait to go back!! "
