"Lovely little home on Chappy. We had everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable, spotless and updated home. Away from all the crowds in Edgartown yet a quick little ferry ride over that you can walk on without needing to worry about parking downtown. Owner was very responsive throughout our stay, even offering to let us stay as long as needed past checkout time due to snow and a late boat! Would absolutely stay again. "

"The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Craig had recently purchased a new set of pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Craig was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything functioned well from the stove to the bathroom. "

"We have been going to Martha’s Vineyard (on and off) for decades and we loved this property! The owner is very responsive and accommodating!! The property is pristine and you feel as though you’re staying in a home and not a rental. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and we appreciated the hot tub and yard ! We loved the garage / as we all had bikes and we were able to keep them put away and dry! The location is very close to south beach, quiet and on a cul-de-sac. We can’t thank the owner enough for sharing his home with our family!! We had a fantastic trip and made many memories! We can’t wait to go back!! "
