"We had a great stay at this vacation rental on Chappaquiddick Island. The kitchen was well stocked and the view out the back porch of the bay is gorgeous. We purchased an over the sand vehicle pass and had a great time driving our vehicle on the beach to the lighthouse. Access to the big island, Edgartown was easy to get to back-and-forth either with a car or by foot by parking on the chappy side via the on-time ferry. Overall, we had a lovely stay. thank you so much highly recommend. "

"We came here on our anniversary and could not have picked a better place. The boutique-yet-full-service hotel is elegant and beautiful, with great taste everywhere and amazing ocean views. The heated (perfect temperature) pool and jacuzzi were a perfect spot to take a break at any time in the day, with relaxing and happy lounge music. Most importantly, the staff is highly well trained, educated, and devoted to service with a smile without the attitude sometimes found in premium hotels sometimes. Mattia (spelling?), Duna, Julian were amazing. Coffee in the room a great plus! Short walk from the ferry (3 minutes!) and in the center of the action makes this hard to beat. I would only add more obvious breakfast choices (most guests just go out to great options short walks away) to make this even more perfect. We will certainly be back."

"Great property for extended family vacation. Lots of space and different areas for everyone. However the view wasn’t what it was made out to be as tree growth and foliage now block it; but I bet it was amazing. Some maintenance issues as well. 3 ac heads were not working, 1 toilet was running fairly regularly, 1 shower leaked outside door, thermostat on oven not working and sound in one tv did not work. I suspect these items will be taken care of. All and all we had a great time and would recommend."

"Overall, this home was absolutely fabulous for our family holiday! The main house is ideal for adults, The pool house features a bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor shower just steps away from the pool and courts. While we had a wonderful time, there are several unique details about the property's layout and location that we wish we had known before our journey. The living area is upstairs, while two bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs. If you are traveling with older individuals or anyone with mobility issues, this layout may not be ideal. The primary bathroom's shower is located outside. My mother, who celebrated her 80th birthday during this trip, thought it was an experience of a lifetime, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind! Nearby towns are close to Edgartown, you can easily explore one town per day! You will be taking a ferry back and forth every time you want to leave Chappy. With a Vehicle: It cost us 27 return for 3 people. Pedestrian, 5 return. There is absolutely nothing to buy or eat on Chappy Island. You must be completely stocked up on groceries before you cross over. Chappaquiddick feels incredibly remote at first. Do not trust your GPS once you turn right onto Narragansett Ave. Stay on the road until it dead-ends and forces you to turn either Right or Left. Turn Left. Immediately take another hard Left. Follow that road until you see the tennis courts, then just follow the remaining road straight in. We will be back."

The owner was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible throughout the entire process, making everything seamless from start to finish.The home itself is perfect for larger groups, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn't have been better—convenient to everything while still feeling like a private oasis. The property offers an impressive range of amenities, is exceptionally well maintained, and every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. Multiple times our combined families said this has a resort feel!! The instructions for check-in, check-out, and house operations were clear and easy to follow, which made our stay completely stress-free. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived.If you're considering this property, don't second-guess it—just book and enjoy! You won't be disappointed."
