"Wow, this was truly one of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. We booked here for a single night to celebrate our anniversary after staying in a less nice hotel for the previous few days. Boy was this a huge upgrade! Although it was 2x the price, it was 10x the experience. We got there at around 11am on a Wednesday just to drop off our bags, but they were able to get us into our room right away. They also personally walked us to the room and asked how our previous stay was and even offered us an upgrade since we had just come from a bit of a nightmare experience and because it was our anniversary. Besides the amazing room, bath robes, and breakfast, the staff were truly so kind and made our day so special! If I am ever to say “wow that was worth it!”, this is the place that deserves it."

The owner was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible throughout the entire process, making everything seamless from start to finish.The home itself is perfect for larger groups, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn't have been better—convenient to everything while still feeling like a private oasis. The property offers an impressive range of amenities, is exceptionally well maintained, and every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. Multiple times our combined families said this has a resort feel!! The instructions for check-in, check-out, and house operations were clear and easy to follow, which made our stay completely stress-free. "The sunsets were spectacular! Felt like home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Just an FYI: Some of the window hardware was stripped and difficult closing the windows especially the right one where the round table is. The sliding door near the kitchen would also get stuck and hard to close. The fire detector was missing in the living/kitchen area."

"Beautiful home on Chappy with everything we needed - and more - for a wonderfully relaxing, two-week vacation. Walk to the nearby beach, take the ferry into Edgartown for dinner or shopping, visit the beautiful Japanese garden on the island, and admire the incredible view and spectacular sunsets. Very comfortable, immaculately clean, well maintained home. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and sofas. We absolutely loved our stay!
