"Had to get a new room key every eve, which was annoying, but otherwise it was a safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay near the UF campus."

"Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. Don’t think the heater was on though either. Walkable to several spots. We tried V Pizza and the wings were incredible. Only downside would be that it’s surrounded by areas that seem a bit sketch. Still 5 stars for me though!"

"It is a smoker’s inn. Even non-smoking rooms smell like a heavy smoker stayed there right before. The in. Itself is good for the price. "

"Calming getaway from the hustle and bustle, yet still a quick drive to the university, downtown and Archer Road area. Apartment is very cozy, peaceful, and we enjoyed the nature including all the birds and even saw a ton of turkeys. Greg was very hospitable and we will definitely be back when we visit Gainesville again. "
