Gentle lovely staff and quite accessible to most tourist places … they make lovely breakfast- I love the stay and will come back again, Also thanks allot Faisal for warm welcome
Great stay here. Super fast Internet for my work. Modernized with TV, rain shower, many outlets, comfortable bed and bedding. Spotlessly clean. Great communication online, and friendly staff on site. Mind that walls are thin in old building, so light sleepers bring earplugs. Coffee shop immediately adjacent. Right by major intersection in heart of Thamel.
Everyone here is sweet and kind.
Room are bathroom is clean and well mentioned. My room came with tea, coffee and kettle and tea mugs.
The hotel in very convenient to restaurant and shopping. I highly recommend staying here.
The owner was very pleasant and friendly. 💚
The hotel was so good that I actually came back a second time. :)
The staff is very warm and friendly and kind and will offer good suggestions for meaningful places to go to. If you need any help, they will help you immediately.
Also, my room was very quiet. Some other guy who wrote a review said he thought his room was a little noisy because of outside traffic, but the hotel is not facing a busy street and I did not hear any traffic at all. It was fine, I always got a good night's sleep.
That being said, Thamel has lots of visitors and traffic. That's common sense. :P
The room was very clean and nice, the bathroom was clean, there was hot water, shampoo etc. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. :)
This is a very beautiful hotel with new, clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are quite nice - there is even artwork on the walls. It is also in a great location for food and souvenirs. You can walk to many places you might want to go to. I would highly recommend the Nepali Art Museum, which is close by.
I want to say thank you to the wonderful staff of Bijendra and Bhawana. :) They were always available to help with anything and they were super kind and friendly. They were always a very warm and welcoming presence in the hotel.
I also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel, who was very conscientious and eager to provide his guests/customers with the very best experience.
EXCELLENT Hotel, room, location, and Service. Room was beautiful, very comfy bed & linen, black-out drapes. Nice hot walk-in shower. Great connected L’Artisan Cafe for coffee, food, room service. Fantastic price. Excellent location in the heart of Thamel. Would give it an A++ but all of the room doors face a solo spiral staircase, so all front desk business & employee mobile phone streaming, plus street noise is unavoidable even with room doors closed as they are not sound-proofed. STILL RECOMMEND!
