"Excellent Service, Friendly Staff"

"Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly. Very modern clean room with a view of the river. We would definitely stay again!"

"The area is very picturesque, and the staff were very helpful and accommodated a last-minute change of breakfast plans!"

"La chambre était spacieuse mais de nombreuses lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, non plus que le volet roulant extérieur. Le restaurant ne sert plus à partir de 20h30, j'ai tenté la chance à 20h35, sans succès :-( le petit-déjeuner est OK, sans innovation notable. C'est surtout le village qui est intéressant à visiter"

"Good location"

"Chambre et lieu au calme. Manque de communication en français. Pas de reception humaine car clef en distributeur. Vu personne en fin de séjour. Demande de savon et shampoing car personne ne passe dans la chambre..."

"Perfect hosts, great food, a hotel with unique charme and wondrrful food!"

"Very nice stay on our way to Phantasialand. The teens really liked the room and castle. Very clean and spacious. Big parking space and a lot of car chargers."

"Heavenly views and nature. Peaceful German small town. Excellent staff and managers. Excellent value for money "

"Excellent property with great rooms and breakfast. Convenient parking and professional staff."

"Such a unique place to stay, fully air-conditioning with fridge with free selection of drinks already for you. Would definitely recommend, good price too"

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. Tge staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

"Hotel qui semble a moitié désaffecté. Ambiance bizarre mais lieu très calme."

"Great location"

"Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"

"Brilliant place for a family to stay "
