Unique, modern 1-bedroom apartment located in the former historic Kaukauna Carnegie Library. Enjoy all the modern amenities--queen size bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower (no bathtub), fully stocked kitchen, smart TV (no cable or subscriptions).

We provide towels, bed linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Coin operated laundry equipment is available for your use.

Ground level (no steps to get to the building/apartment). Conveniently located close to the downtown area, walking trail and highway 41.

Excellent place and location

We loved the layout and design of the apartments! They are modern and very comfortable, even the bed had the most comfortable mattress- we both slept so well! The amenities and extra supplies were very nice to have on hand, and having outdoor access was a nice feature too. The location is also nice and convenient with everything you need close by. We travel often and will definitely will be back because it’s now one of our favorite places.

This property was perfect for us. It was centrally located for visiting family. The full kitchen was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and they truly thought of everything! We will be staying again! The owner was very communicative and was very easy to work with.

Late winter in Kaukana

We loved this nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, organized and very well supplied apartment!! Everything that might be needed when away from home was kindly made available here, including “welcome” dog treats for our dog :). Communication with the host, Marcia, was excellent before and during our stay!

Great location and the apartment had everything, the host really went above and beyond thinking of everything you might need when away from home. Lots of green space for my dog. If my travels ever take me back to this area, I would happily stay here again.

It was amazing to see your attention to detail of providing all the possible little items that were forgotten to be packed or used up on my last trip! Every cupboard and shelf offered more options of what I might need to cook with (crock pot, all kinds of pots/skillets), measuring cups; toiletries of every kind; cleaning supplies.....And I loved the walking path around the "island". The church, the dam and the canal just completed the feeling of a safe little haven in the midst of the city. Thank you!! Nola from Montana
