Second time that I stayed here, on a hill, Sami cultural items present and aesthetically pleasing, laavu and reindeer outside. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Waiting, waiting, waiting and no manager

I arived at 5 pm. and my booked room was not cleaned yet and there were 10 other guests also waiting for the rooms to be ready. So waiting, waiting, waiting .... for 1-2 hours. And the waiting guests got the rooms in random order. So there is no managing of the hotel. The was no menu card in the resturant and other guests waited for a long time for the ordered the food. At breakfast - some of the dishes quickly becare empty. Far the worst hotel I stayed in on my journey - and it wasn't cheap either. In my mind the hotel is similar to Fawlty towers (by john cleese)

Mahtavan monipuolinen ja paikallisia herkkuja tarjonnut aamupala. Erityisplussaa haudutetusta teestä, kauniista astioista ja itse tehdyistä hilloista. Huone oli siisti. Mukava, että lämmitystä pystyi säätämään erikseen huoneeseen ja kylpyhuoneeseen. Vieraille oli käytössä ilmaiseksi sauna ja niiden yhteydessä olevat ulkoporeammeet Hotellin ympäristö/piha olisivat kaivanneet vähän laittamista.
