"Quick check in and decent size room for Japan. Check in documents said 24 hour coffee in the lobby but was really closed from 1am - 6am was my only negative, but family mart is less than 75 feet from the front door."
"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
"Cannot say enough good things about REI Kichijoji. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. If i am fortunate enough to return to Tokyo, i will stay here again. Kichijoji is such a great area."
"Terrible experience
If you have a tattoo forget about swimming at this hotels pool - also pool costs $7 per person if you dont have a tatoo, towels $3.50 - restaurant is ridiculously over priced - used laundry facilities at hotel( 8 shirts, 8 underwear and socks (basically under 1 load of laundry) $114 !!!..Noone speaks English and you would think someone would - everything so expensive - rooms crazy small - would have never brought a child to stay here if I wasn't allowed to take him swimming...
"Clean rooms, beautiful property! Staff was pleasant and professional at check in. Great location about 5 min from train station. Would definitely stay here again"
