"Late check-in was great. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Staff was courteous, with an attention to detail. When informed that the room safe was not working, housekeeping responded promptly, apologized for the problem and quickly fixed the problem."

"We had a really pleasant stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment here. While the apartment was quite compact, it is still considered rather spacious by Tokyo standards. The apartment was clean and everything in the apartment worked well -- hot water shower, washer/dryer to do our laundry (though do note the capacity is on the smaller side), microwave oven to heat up our food etc. Communication with the hotel to inform them to accept my luggage delivery was smooth. Walking distance (about 10 mins) from Ikebukuro station (one of the major train stations with many different train lines); on a reactively quiet street. There is a 7-11 and a Family mart nearby (3 mins walk) which was convenient."

"After a few days in capsule hotels, Tokyo Stay Ikebukuro had great amenities with a convenient location to the station. Having my own laundry machine in unit with an actual fridge and microwave was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. Would definitely book again if whenever I’m in Tokyo."

"Very friendly reception, i had an excellent stay there. They were very helpful and it was easy, thanks to advice i was given, I was able to go to a concert and know what to do as well as being able to buy things I wanted to take home when I left. The room is very well provided for and clean"
