Short walk to Omiya station. Very clean and nice rooms and great staff. It was a good deal for the price and the hotel is very modern and the restaurant next to it is very nice as well.
Breakfast menu was great and a beautiful restaurant space. Laundry was convenient and easy to figure out.

The hotel location and spa are good. But it takes too much time for the lift and people simply queuing up in the lobby for a long time. Anyway it is a good hotel.
The room appears smaller than shown on photos. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but there was barely space to open up 2 pieces of luggage. The front desk area is nicely decorated and sparkling. However the room is a bit dated especially the toilet. Breakfast was amazing though with many choices and delicious. If you want to get to the hotel from Omiya station, you can go through the shopping mall with an elevator access, otherwise you need to go down a flight of stairs outside. Overall it was okay for our 1 night stay, if longer it wouldn’t be comfortable due to the small room.
This hotel deserves more than five stars. The service, comfort, cleanliness, and location were absolutely perfect.
From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and took the time to explain everything about our stay in great detail, making us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the staff we interacted with was bilingual and fluent in both English and Japanese, making communication effortless and ensuring that both international and Japanese guests feel equally welcome.
Our room had a wonderful view and was incredibly spacious, with three beds, a separate living area, and an entryway. The entryway even had a bench for putting on shoes and a full-length mirror. Having a door separating the entryway from the main room made the space feel even more comfortable and private.
The complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. Coffee, tea, and Japanese tea were all provided, and the stylish minibar area with both a refrigerator and freezer gave the room a modern, elegant feel.
The location couldn't have been better. There are three convenience stores right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to pick up anything you might need. Omiya Station, which serves both local trains and the Shinkansen, is only about a three-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and travel.
The upper floors also feature laundry facilities, a spa, and even a hot spring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything throughout the hotel
Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!
Laundry was handy to have. We had to leave our 2 suitcases that had broken wheels and they charged a fee but we were grateful to have the option to leave them. Room was great size
Easy. Staff moved all of luggage to our room before we officially checked in at 9:30 pm. So helpful to store it then move it. Thank you.

Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus.
Rooms are nice and decent size. Staff is friendly. Laundry situation is pretty poor. 4 machines, one of which was broken. Constantly in use with people waiting in the laundry room.

This was my second stay, and I really appreciate that this hotel is one of the newer and more comfortable options in the area. The three-bed room is surprisingly spacious for being so close to a major station, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the spa on the 14th floor is a lovely bonus.
There were a few small inconsistencies—like some carpet stains, fluctuating spa temperatures, and mixed interactions with staff—but overall my stay was pleasant. Email response time was a bit slow, but I’m genuinely grateful that they were willing to hold my luggage for several days before check-in.
With the front desk tucked away at the back of the 13th floor, the hotel seems set up for minimal staff interaction, which might explain some of the communication delays. Even so, it’s a convenient and comfortable choice, especially for groups who need three real beds rather than a sofa bed.
