This spa resort is a great get away, perfect for a relaxing weekend for rejuvenation. On the edge of the city but a short drive to the major sights if you want. The pools and the spa are great and onsite food offerings looked good (just had a sandwich at the pool bar but it was tasty). The breakfast buffet is enormous! The staff were fine, except I was told at checkin that my free drink voucher would cover both of us but that was refused at the bar. We had massages from friendly, professional therapists. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

Great facilities, just needs better trained staff

Breathtaking spacious. Room was excellent, spa was great with tons of pools and saunas. Had a very professional massage. Booked with breakfast & dinner. Dinner was buffet style and not 5 star - but a good 4 star. The only downside is the service staff: Almost nobody speaks English or at least a foreign language. It was a bit funny to watch the panic attack when, for example, I ordered a beer and the waiter ran away at high speed – to find the one college that was able to understand what I wanted. Or we just got ignored when we received a glass of white wine instead of a red wine as the waiter was unable to understand what we complained and just ignored our comment. Not by bad mood – simply because she didn´t understand. Same at the reception but there it took less time to find a translator or an English-speaking staff – member. And obviously many have not really been trained in service business. Almost everyone was friendly (or at least trying to be) - but many had no clue what to do. Nevertheless, we would come back as the facilities offered are phantastic and we hope that the service will improve over time.

Room is very clean and spacious. Dining option for both breakfast and dinner are fine, has cold and hot food. Staffs are helpful. Spa appeared clean, the minerals water jacuzzi are nice. The only down side has observed the adult pool and jacuzzi filled with baby and very young children which not very safe. I think the hotel should be more aware of that and remind the parents or carers not to break the rules and policies in the hotel, that to prevent any risk of avoidable incidents. Afterall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
