"+ve great location , very homely and nice. -ve : payment was made through Hotels.com but the receptionist staff asked the guest to pay again at checkin. Embarrasment could have been prevented if the reception staff were made aware about prepaid bookings."

"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days. Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either. "Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple...
